You could visit the UPS CC of where you are having it held and ask them what they need? Maybe you could explain it to that person. I'm sure you'll get more better response from them.

But from my experience in the past my address on ID had to match the address on the package. You could also take a utility bill if that's your new address?

I ended up going to the CC and the worker said it doesn’t matter if my address doesn’t match 🙌🏽 she told me as long as my name on my id matches the name on my package, I’m good!

Gotta enter the pattern and land into the wind. The TAF at KSDF show winds from the west so they'll be using 35L and 35R for approaches (likely 35L for UPS and cargo as it's longer, 29 is better aligned for current winds given they're out of 280 degrees or so, but it's WAAYY too short for a cargo aircraft fully loaded even with the fuel burn from PANC).

Thats good to know. Better to talk to a person at UPS CC then someone on the phone
