Thanks for looking into this! My app also shows "null status" since sometime last Friday, even though website and email initially confirmed a Sep 16th pickup. Affected my pro max order only, possible only pro max orders are affected w/ this "null" designation instead of the date showing up. My wife's pro, ordered at the same time, shows properly the pick up date. I was just going to see what happens once Thursday rolls around, hoping they both show ready for pick up on Friday.

Very interesting if it’s device based. I order a 14PM Deep Purple 256GB. Got my order in within 30 seconds (time stamp on email is even 8:00am local time). I set my pick up window for 8AM on 9/16. Apple also just resent the Order confirmation and it’s showing my proper pick up window, but app still states Null.

I have a pro max coming and I’m showing the 16th for delivery, although it’s still sitting in ZZ.

I pay the $19.99 for a year to have all UPS Innovations deliveries upgraded. Well worth it.

Last year someone shared a promo code and it was free. I begged people on here for weeks after weeks. No luck with the Promo code. No one has it. UPS is not playing games anymore.

I also paid the crooks at UPS $5 to hold the package. I told them it makes no logical sense that I am taking the burden off them to deliver a package, save gas and time and let an automated machine scan and put my package to hold.

They were not having it. So they took my money.
