People who got 256 GB how much storage you got left.

I'm scared 256 GB I have won't work.

I had to get 256 out of compulsion, wanted 1TB. The 256 cost me $2100 with AC+. More than what the 1TB costs in the states with AC+.
Will be fine I hope. I definitely intend on shooting in RAW 12MP to get rid of the oil painting effects.

It seems like a great upgrade from my 12Pro. The jump feels bigger than what was the 11Pro->12Pro.
Camera is shoddy when it comes to close up autofocus without using macro. An issue I hoped would be fixed.
Overall though, stellar decide.
120hz + DI + AOD are flippin’ great!

Is everyone loving their new iPhone?!

Enjoying it but not as in love as in the past. I upgraded from a 13 Pro Max to 14 Pro Max. I do like the always on display and dynamic island. The updates made are very useful but nothing crazy. Went with the gold phone which is nice but really loved the Sierra Blue of the 13.

I got 50gb used on my 13Pro max. So I definitely could have gotten away with 256 on the 14 pro max. I was paranoid and got the 512 just in case I decided to keep the phone longer than 1 year. Now that I have the purple 14pm, I’m disappointed with the color so I don’t think I’ll keep it past a year now. Long story short, I should have gotten the 256gb.

How much room do you have to spare ?

I didn’t have a chance to play with my new 14 Pro last night, since I had a friend’s birthday party to attend, but I’ve been spending some time with it this morning. A side by side comparison with the 13 Pro demonstrates that the 14 Pro’s display is noticeably brighter. I’m also really digging the dynamic island. It’s a more elegant solution than the notch. Mind you, I didn’t mind the notch to begin with.

I totally agree fits my initial assessment now to dig into other features of iOS 16 (really only played with a couple days on my 13 ProMax) and of course the cameras that really drew me in again this year

Forgot to update everyone yesterday but I ended up picking up my space black 14 PM from the UPS CC early morning yesterday. I love this phone and it feels like such a big upgrade from my regular 13!! A huge shoutout to everyone in this thread esp @TheYayAreaLiving 🎗 for all of the helpful info about pre-ordering and holding the package at the UPS CC

I didn't pay for it mine my father did I always get 128 GB for a while now I went with 256 GB thinking is a enough but my ocd checking the storage killing me.

I would of got 512GB but I didn't think I would need it but now the apps take too much storage.

Thanks, been collecting fossils since childhood and during my career at the Illinois Geological Survey but in years since retirement gone totally trilobites over 840 so far.

Try a Macro photo of a fossilized rock - 48 megapixels, RAW and see how it looks!
