Went through Apple online have T-Mobile max and they waived the upgrade fee but I think it’s only if you do it online if they do it in store there is a fee

If you get Apple care plus you get unlimited replacements for anything that happens to your phone I would recommend getting Apple care plus theft and loss that is extremely helpful

For everyone with a delivery date that shifted from Friday to Monday the 26th, this occasionally happens in the UPS system because delivery is calculated on the current time zone. Korea/China is a day ahead so the UPS system says the soonest it can deliver is Monday based upon final destination.
It should shift back to Friday delivery by the time it reaches Anchorage since the date will move back on the scan. This happened to many of us one year and we received our orders on the original date stated.
Keep a look out for Anchorage scan (or Louisville for sure). If not by Louisville then it will deliver Monday, but I hope that’s not the case. This is a great phone. Can’t wait for you all to receive yours! 💖✈️

I hope all got your preferred devices. Make sure you check them properly. I noticed this on my SP 14 Pro out of the box. Got it replaced.

I just got an update that my 14PM arrived in AK today 09/21, at 12:04pm. Anyone see any flights from AK to KY? A Friday delivery still looks possible!

My iphone is in Alaska! It was definitely on that flight just scanned in.
Looks like UPS99 continues on to KY. Maybe just a refuel and same aircraft? That would put us there at 12:45am EDT.

Quite often they do that and make no shifts of cargo look and see when it continues I think it will be that flight with whatever estimated time to Louisville plus fueling in Anchorage
