It looked bad to me. Full speed Helmet to stomach/chest area. And it looked really bad the way he just dropped. But even if it wasn't that bad with his history of concussions it wouldn't take much.

Same on the irony...

It was all of the above... when watching full speed... and then the drop. Yikes... I agree, I think his career is over, or it should be.

To the irony comments... yup!

Not seen the game, but... Buccaneers won against the Lions... that's a shocker. 😲

EDIT: Yikes... Cowboys, Ravens and Niners.

Wow, what a game between the Chiefs and Bengals. Last week I said it could be close... couldn't have been any closer. It's good the refs did their job for once, calling the PI after they missed exactly the same earlier in the game when a Bengals player jumped on the back of Chiefs player long before the ball was in sight.

I'm still a little puzzled about the Raiders and how they managed to beat the Ravens. Must have been a direct broadcast from a parallel universe. A Macrumors team, each player with an arm tied behind the back could beat the Raiders...

The Vikings beat the 49ers? I wouldn't have expected that.

Tampa beating Detroit? Not a big surprise; Mayfield earning his salary.

But the Rams getting clobbered by the Cardinals? ack!

lol

As a RAIDER fan I can verify this... Still not sure how they did it.

Tua played!?!? He threw 3 INTs !!

Maybe Mayfield is starting to figure it out?

Carr may actually be really good...? I kept saying while he was with THE RAIDERS that we could never properly protect him. We had two pretty good seasons with him and in one of them he got hurt right before the playoffs.

oops no need for all that bold type lol

Talk about not showing up... ugh... Cowboys... Jerry Jones has killed this team. I have been saying this since the Jimmy Johnson incident. If we even make it to the playoffs, it will be a miracle, let alone win a playoff game.

What is the "Jimmy Johnson Incident"?

ATL upsets PHI...

And am I wrong? Is saying that KC has gotten away with 2 wins by the hair of their chinny chin chins?

But which PHI is it? The team from the 1st half of last season? Or the PHI team from the 2nd half? Maybe it shouldn't considered an upset.

Cousins looked a lot better in this game

Where Mr. Jones said he could run the team after the team was built by Jimmy Johnson and they had just won their second superbowl. Jimmy was pretty much shown the door and or said forget you and walked. The Cowboys ended up winning one more superbowl under the new head coach... and that was pretty much the end of the Cowboys making the playoffs and future superbowls.

So the NFL is giving us 2 games on Monday. That's great except they are basically on at the same time.

How about a little west coast love for once. They used to stagger the starts by at least a couple hours so we can actually watch the game in prime time and not over dinner.

If I recall correctly they did that a few times and it was a ratings disaster. they basically shut out the east coast by starting a game that late... It's a better option to run 2 games simultaneously because they ensure eyes on both. They stagger it by like an hour.

Surprised by the Vikings. They’re 3-0 now.

Niners are in trouble. There’s no one left to play in the offense. Purdy and now Jennings can’t win a game on their own. Defense didn’t help much, special teams blew it. Aiyuk isn’t worth the money. In many ways, they remind me of the Chiefs last season. They need Deebo, Kittle and McCaffrey back. They also need to kick a few butts in the defense. Also, bad call from Shanahan on the last punt, should have gone out of bounds.
