agreed...that would have been the gutsy move and great to watch.

But I gather the success rate for a 2 point try is only around 50%, so I'm not surprised they didn't go for it.

You have to factor in more than that. It was rainy so the kick % would be lower. And take into account KC/Mahommes was something like 7-2 in OT games and recent history had the other teams never getting the ball back because he took them down for a TD and being on the road, you have to go for the win.

Dak may be out for a while. Seems his hamstring has pulled off the bone. May be done for the season.

Yeah, I'd have gone for two as well.

Dang! Get well dak!

Aaand the Chiefs are 9-0. I knew they were gonna block the FG. I don't know how they do it week after week. But I knew they'd block it.

Hopefully the Niners are back on track now as well with CMC.

Some syndicated radio host was talking about the 2-pt conversion rates over the weekend, and he thought it was basically a wash, so go for it. And with KC's Midas touch and OT rules, even more so. I forget his name, he's the one who has a big beef with the current state of the NBA.

But some coaches play not to lose, instead of playing to win, and that often bites them. San Francisco fans probably know that feeling.

I thought I would never see a more bone headed play than Butt Fumble. Yet today, I saw an O linesman try to strip the ball from his own QB. The Texans #71 stripped the ball from Stroud as he was trying to evade a sack.o_O
lol

What the hell? Just saw the clip. That could have ended up much worse. And even though they recovered the fumble they lost more yardage than they would have with taking the sack.

Dak is done for the season…Bears fire their OC…

…and the Jets are still the Jets, and Raiders are still the Raiders. ;)

The thing floating around about Coach Prime Time taking over for McCarthy in Dallas? He refuted it, but stock in Orville Redenbacher might be worth a look. Would the universe implode with two such egos in the same building?

Jerry Jones loved him at one time...

Folks over at the RAIDER board I post at seem to want us to draft Shedeur and are okay with any of the parental consequences that come with it... o_O:rolleyes:

Well to be fair, the Cowboys season already looked toasted even with him. The level of hate I have for Jerry Jones is beyond measurable at this point. Little Al Davis has ruined this team.

LOL. Would love to see it, but I think Deion might be too smart to take that gig. Jerry isn't getting a good coach at this point. He needs to stop meddling.

Chiefs took their first loss against the Bills. Good for them I guess, as they usually take the loss in the regular season and kick the Bills out in the playoffs.

Never expected the Steelers to win today. Really good game.

Broncos vs. Falcons… 38:6… 😯

Jets lost again… they need to get rid of Rodgers.

Poor Niners, now that CMC is back, Kittle and Bosa are out. On top of all their injuries, they have a HC making stupid calls. It’s not supposed to happen this season.

Guess Pederson is done in Jacksonville now.

Rodgers is 40 years old and it's showing; time for him to chalk up a good career and retire.
Glad to see the Bills beat the Chiefs!
Broncos and Bo Nix were killing it today; always like to see Bo have a good game (Quack).
Couldn't believe Seattle beat the Niners.
The poor Raiders couldn't buy themselves a win. Sorry, @pachyderm :)

my neighbor says he's got inside info saying that Mark Davis is discussing a trade with the Jets that would bring Rodgers to his team o_O
