Russell hit with a drive-through penalty for failing to service his speeding penalty under the Safety Car.

What an absolute shambles of a race in terms of racecraft and reliability, but at least it wasn't boring at the end.

Credit to Kimi for absolutely dominating from the start. Lewis with back-to-back second place finishes. Hadjar has his provisional second podium, depending on how the stewards rule after the race.

Sergio Perez provisionally 10th pending penalties. So Alonso will likely end up with the position.

Quick question… I usually watch F1 on my Apple TVs. Occasionally on my larger iPad. Today, for the first time, I needed to view it on my Mac Studio/Apple Studio Display combo. Problem: I couldn’t find the Sky Sports feed on the desktop feed. I searched for a solution and the instructions that kept turning up didn’t work for me because the option for the Sky feed didn’t appear anywhere it was supposed to. The option was there on the Apple TVs and iPads. Anyone else experience this? Is there a solution or am I just not looking in the right place?

I believe you need Mac OS 26.1 or above to view it on your Mac. If you’re still on Sequoia much of the feed is restricted. If you’re on Tahoe then I’m not sure.

No further action against Hadjar so he keeps 3rd place. Perez was given a 10 second time penalty for being out of position on the restart so Fernando Alonso is elevated to 10th place.

Totally f***ed Sainz out of two points.
He is a big boy, by the time you get to his age, you have had more bad than good, it is a job, some days, you have a great day, other days, you just wish for better.. It happens, no one should take it seriously, it is a job, it is entertainment, really they need to relax.. So crap happens.. It could be worse, much worse, trust me I know worse..

I’m on 26.5.1. I think Apple just forgot about the desktop version of Apple TV.

Maybe it's just that I'm in the U.S., but I'm able to watch on my Mini/Studio Display, Tahoe 26.5.1 on the Mac OS version of Apple TV. The commentators aren't as good as the Sky group and for me both are inferior to the old Speed TV crew. I don't miss Leigh Diffey. At all.

A different race to normal. So many penalties. Not sure why!

Kimi has the title all sewn up as far as I can see. George must just be wondering what he has done wrong. It just doesn’t go his way whatsoever at the moment.

Good to see Lewis equal the late great Aryton Senna for Monaco podiums.

I was hoping he would get the jump on Kimi at the restart to make the last few laps interesting.

I’m in the U.S., too. Isn’t Leigh Duffy on Fox’s IndyCar broadcasts?

The FIA has announced their ADUO decision.
  1. Red Bull Ford Powertrains is the best ICE, so no updates.
  2. Mercedes is 2% behind, so they get one ADUO upgrade.
  3. Ferrari, Audi and Honda are all over 4% behind, so they get two ADUO upgrades
All but RBFPT will also receive additional bench testing hours and cost cap allowances for engine development.

Max may have something to say about that after today’s power plant failure. 😉

What a joke. Mercedes receives ADUO. One more reason to write off the 2026 season.

He's enough for me to not watch them. I've nothing against him personally, he just comes across as an overenthusiastic breathless British accented infomercial salesman.

How the f**k does Mercedes get any ADUO. If RBFPT is supposedly the best ICE, then I expect to see Max and Isack on podium frequently once they get the chassis weight down (6-7kgs overweight it is said).
