Sealed as in new never opened?

Regardless of the answer, yes it has value, to some really high value.

I would say keep it and enjoy it for yourself! :)

I've seen the like new ones go for about $1100 on eBay.

You're 20th has come up on eBay. If it is brand new, never opened... add $750 on that!

$50 for a brand-new, still-sealed-in-box, never-before-opened 20th? If I was the original poster I'd be offended

Edit: as a 20th owner myself, I'm offended

I believe the poster was using something known as "humor".

Anyway... 5300cs, I hate to be a thread crapper, but, do you have a 5300cs, if so, can you read my thread called "Powerbook 5300" ... which is really a CS and add some thoughtful insight?

What OS is that running?
..it doesn't look like 9, and accd to apple-history.com, that's the highest it can run.

Hmm...

I still want one! :)

Actually it is OS 9. I installed it so I could run iTunes. I have 64mb of RAM .. really hard to find RAM.

*rubs eyes*
but... it's so pretty!

All the OS 9 Screenshots I've seen are really ugly, haha. :)

RAM for 20th anniversary Mac (TAM)

You can find the RAM for the TAM on ramjet... I haven't looked other places, but ramjet has always been reliable for me. They stand behind their products, and if something goes wrong, they always replace it with no questions asked.

According to everymac, you can upgrade to 128 MB of RAM. This might help you with your TAM, since you are still using it. The RAM is cheap now.

Max that TAM's RAM, and keep it alive! It is a great machine.

Sorry, I should have been more specific. I live in Japan- RAM for the TAM is hard to come by where I live. I have to go all the way to Tokyo

TAMs are rare over here; I believe I'm the only person in this city who has one. I have a Portable and PowerBook 100 too, which are both rare.

/me wants one

i have a powerbook 100, but a tam, damn i want one bad.
