It's more than just Photoshop. It updates all the other Adobe support stuff (like Bridge), too.

What do I think? Downloading it now and wondering what sort of x.0.1 update is 250mb+? No details before downloading, either. Adobe make me cross at times; this is one of them.

Downloaded, installed.....So far so good. Havent noticed anything neither in Ps nor in Ai. I have no idea what that update is at 235 MB
