I'm surprised no one saw episode 3 this week. Or everyone is just too quiet. :(

Solid ep. The boyfriend of Lady Stark's daughter seems an out of place character right now. Curious about his story. I guess because Lady Stark married a Muslim, her daughter is on the same path? Maybe related? Dunno yet. Starting to really like the female agent who's husband was a traitor.

I'm really interested to see how Jack even tries to talk to the president now that both his ID and face is flagged.

Audrey. Jack will be running through the consulate, see her and stop. He will be tackled and taken into custody while she watches. Then she will come to visit Jack and he will tell her what's up or she will persuade her dad to listen to Jack.

That pretty much sums up how it will go down.

Long time 24 fan eh ?

:p

You forgot the part where Audrey finds out about her husband knowing about Jack and keeping it from her. She'll then tell Jack who will eventually prove that her husband is involved and kills him.;)

I'm not sure her husband is directly involved in the terrorist plot. I think he's the "ruthless politician" type antagonist. Still, Jack's going to do some pounding on the guy before it's all over.

As usual, Jack will use a toothpick to get past massive amounts of security. Heller will have some sort of medical episode and be ruled unable to serve. The inept agents will shoot wildly at Jack and not hit him. As he uploads the data the file will get corrupted and he will yell at Chloe.

And if the CIA had actually listened to Bauer, the macguffin would have been captured before the end of episode 2. The CIA would have interrogated Derek and Simone, who, likely having little training in resisting interrogation, would have immediately cracked. Margot would have been apprehended. After "enhanced interrogation" (ahem), she would have given up her co-conspirators. The season would have ended after 4, maybe 5 episodes tops, which further confirms the following Jack Bauer fact:

If everyone had listened to Jack Bauer, the show would be called 12.

I am beginning to think the leader of the underground hacker group is associated with the real bad lady from the terrorist group.
A few things from last night. Blondie agent proves she does have some balls. I could see her becoming the next Bauer if the series continues. Chief of Staff man is most likely in on the plot. And Simone is stupid.

Yes. She is stupid but she can run a knife through your skull with a wink and a smile.

The series has been really good with providing strong female characters since the beginning, in my opinion. However, Jack Bauer is '24'. You can do a spin-off, but not the main series. In fact, the original title of the show was going to be the "Jack Bauer Power Hour."

To be fair I'm guessing it's a laptop with 4G
But she was in the embassy, couldn't she get a faster connection there.

So I wonder if Simone will turn on her mother or continue to follow along.

She was on her way out of the embassy to get to her car so Chloe made sure she had a laptop with 4G because the hacker group is using the 4G network for their hacking. More secure.

As for Simone. I think she's gonna turn on dear old Mom because she did love her husband that mommy murdered.

I still think the Assistant dude is in on it.

Then there's Jack..

Seems like he's back in service to his country.

So. Any thoughts about last nights show ?

Dug Agent Morgan's thigh strangulation then stab move.

I guess the only real wrinkle was the forged rendition orders now being acted upon by the Russians. Kinda rolled my eyes that this is actually gonna be a plot but I guess they're trying to tie up loose ends from the previous final season? I dunno...
