Simone will do anything for her terrorist/murdering mother. Even when dear old mom chops off her finger.

But the last scene implied she was gonna turn on mom.

I cringed when Jack started pushing on the bone at the tip of Simone's finger.

OUCH !

Jack at his finest.

In just disappointed there won't be 24 episodes. Jack is most definitely back, and the break has freshened everything up. Has brought back lots of memories of watching season 1 and thinking wow, just wow.

Definitely one of the better seasons of 24 thus far. Has kept me hooked unlike some other seasons.

My name is Tilpots, and I racially profile characters on 24.. Like did they not notice the Arab looking guy sneaking into the hospital as the orderly? And It takes Jack to figure it out? That part had me chuckling.

The reveal of the Wikileaks type guy being evil was pretty obvious, but at least it's out in the open now.

Finally got around to watching it. I think it was one of the most intense episodes this season. I kept waiting for some last-second Bauer / Chloe save. I wonder why they didn't end up showing Jack's reaction?

So what's left to tie up? Jack finds & kills Margot. The Agent Morgan/ Agent Reed/ Agent Navarro sub-plot. How does Adrian Cross figure into it? And finally, how does Jack evade the Russians? Does Boudreau double cross Jack, tear up the pardon & try save his own backside?

There are only 3 episodes left, so they've still got a lot to wrap up. With how successful I think this season has been, I really hope they decide to do a few more shortened seasons. The sub-plots didn't go overboard this year, which is a huge plus.

I think Chloe is going to die. She will double cross Adrian to help Jack save the day and Adrian will kill her.

Nope. I think she knows what her boyfriend is up to and had she told Jack she wouldn't have been able to go with him. Jack will find out and rescue her.

At least I hope so. I don't wanna see Chloe die.

I really thought Heller died. Wow.

As for Valerez or whatever the guys name is. The head of the "new" CTU is gonna get a taste of Jacks "special" abilities.

That is Navarro, and he is the head of the London CIA. There is no more CTU.

Ok I am a week behind. A few things.

The writers are really good at the emotional build up. They did it with Edgar and now with Heller.

Have they checked the field at Wembley lately.:p And how much did they have to pay for filming access.

Oh and do they always leave the lights on.

Agreed. You can see it in Chloe's eyes and her last phone call to Jack that she's conflicted about whether to continue on with her new life.

Anyone notice the past 2 episodes with the helicopter scenes and the blood moon in the background? Seems like they filmed this thing about 10 weeks ago.

Anyway, I just noticed that difference in Heller's signatures. Either he changed his signature or the Chief of Staff did a really bad job at that forgery.

It never fails that at some point during the season a bad guy is going to get captured and Jack will proclaim, "Let ME talk to him!" So predictable and funny, yet so awesome at the same time. :D

Does anyone else think this has got more than 2 episodes to go, and especially given the timeline which has been faithful to the previous seasons (i.e. exactly 1 hour), and all the talk of a 12 episode run was just a scam? Would be more than happy if it was, as loving Jack being back

I was thinking they could wrap it up pretty easily in 2 episodes. Then they had to go and bring in Chang. That was definitely unexpected. I wonder if they got a green light for another half season and this season will end in a cliffhanger.

Binged all episodes this past weekend. Fantastic season. And I concur, can't wait for the Chief of Staff to get his.

This can end in 2 episodes.

Chang and the Russian guy are working together. Get them both and end season.

I hope Jack smashes the COS's hands.
