I don't golf, but I bought it anyway because it was such a great deal and I am taking up golfing soon anyway, but for you golfers, it seems like this app is a must.

people buy it for $25 bucks and love it so 99 cents isn't bad
 
This is one of the many reasons I love this site. I've saved a ton of money from finding apps here that are on sale. Thanks for the heads up.
 
Wow awesome. I wonder though or wish though that there were a comparison chart between all of their products.
 
Incidentally, if you have the correct name for an app (which you did), all you have to do is put app tags around it...

I love that it was $50 and now has been between $25 and $20 for the month and now $99 cents! I wonder though ... will there be some massive update that we cannot live without that will cost money?

I know Jessica... who knows, but like I said, I don't even golf but couldn't pass up the deal! ha

i just tried to buy it and it was about to dl and it says this item is being modified please try again later.
 
I'm trying to download this right now and it says I can't because it's being modified. Why do I think I'm going to miss out on this?

Looks like mathewr beat me to it.
 
This is getting ridiculous. Is there any recourse if we are unable to download this app while it's listed at 99 cents? I don't think it's a mistake since the special price is listed right in the description.

I bought it around 1:30pm cst and I didn't get the updating message. For those of you that are getting this message did you try to buy it after this time?
 
I would never buy this for $25...but for a buck I want it.

Too bad they disabled downloading for now. If it comes back up at $25, there is no way I will buy it.

If the company had any smarts about it, they would keep it at $1 for a week or so, let the internet mill generate millions of new customers that "cash in" on the "price mistake." This would make the company a ton of cash.

But oh well, they can relist it for $25 and narrow their customer base down to a very small number of users. :rolleyes:
 
Yeah, it seems they've changed their minds about the offer. I wrote an email to them and asked nicely about this problem. I wonder if they'll honor a rain check.
 
I've been trying since about 11:30 Pacific time. No luck either. Just teases me by showing the icon on my phone and then displays the error message and the icon disappears. :(

I figure I'll try downloading directly from iTunes when I get home rather than trying from my phone, but by then the price will probably have gone up. If it stays under $5 I'll try it. I like golfing games but certainly not enough to pay $25 or whatever the normal price is.
