Yes. Once you buy something, it's yours. Even if they refund the money, they don't 'revoke' the rights. ;)

Good buy at .99; better free.

Re: another price reduction, I wonder if Apple twisted their arm to follow through on their advertised offer (.99 for a the day).

I did think that, in the case of "I inadvertantly purchased this application" (check box on the iTunes Store Customer Service form) they could refund and then remove the app upon the next sync, but maybe I was wrong.

I was on iTunes and saw the reduced price again, also. Wanted to come here and make sure it just wasn't being cached or something. :)

I had written the company but never got a response.

This is an interesting way of promoting an app.

I just purchased this app at .99 (I hope) I'm anxiously awaiting the update to my CC statement to see if it's right.

These guys took some abuse here but I just wanted to say that it's a superb app and their customer service has been first rate. It's one of the best golf apps for simplicity of use. I give it 5 stars and would recommend it to anyone.

What's the difference between ViewTi Golf, ViewTi N and ViewTi G?
Goto www.viewti.com and click Products->Features and it shows you the differences. Basically, ViewTi Golf is the whole application and the others are either limited feature or cripple-ware.

I picked it up yesterday at the $.99 price and plan to test it this Sunday.

Its back to $0.99 today.

These people need to make up their minds!!!

And a HUGE thank you for tipping us off that it was back to the $.99. For that price, I couldn't pass it up. I even got a couple of friends to buy it as well.

They most certainly deserved the scolding they received. And for the record, the few of us who wrote directly to the developer asking about their having pulled the advertised price midday, never heard back in reply; I don't consider that "customer service." So whether they did right on their own accord, or whether they were put over Apple's knee and made to do right, I'm not sure you can say. It's not that I don't like the app (though I'm more of an old-fashioned use_the_eyes_and_know_the_course guy), but they got a black eye on this last round.
