They've been going down a bad path longer that iOS 26 and it's verifiable in the iterative decisions, case in previous point, the over rounded corners, points to bad decision spawning more bad decisions. There is a growing and clearer design pathology with ensuing contagion, the more we apply our visual reckoning, the more we can see the cracks began appearing in earlier iOS iterations.
