so there goes that theory about US made iMacs coming first

I'd love to get mine on the 18th

I would think the Chinese made version would ship before the US version.
It takes longer to ship from China thus they would need to ship sooner to ensure delivery in the time frame listed on your order.

My 27" iMac just shipped from shanghai China. Tracking shows it just leaving Shanghai with an anticipated date of 18 December. Which is still a week earlier than expected. Awesome news! A nice new Christmas present for myself.

I do not know how to get the labels copied in here like I see several of you doing but those of you who ordered on the 30th with the first few hours should also see your shipping. Congrats!

you guys are lucky! Finally some activity shows up on my cc. only authorization. hopefully thats a good sign. Looks like the upgraded shipping really does make a difference. Yours says 2-3 days? Mine says overnight? I wonder why all of our 'expedited shipping' is different

iMac 27" has shipped!

I'm happy to report that my customized 27" iMac has shipped as of 12/10 (out of Shanghai). Estimated delivery is 12/18. I ordered early on 11/30, so the original 2-3 week estimate was quite accurate!

Looks like the expedited shipping is making a big difference after all. 3 days to deliver? DAmn!

Delivering the 18th which I feel will be earlier because both my iPhone5 and MacbookPro came from china and I had them in 4 days with standard ship.
