I know exactly what a scam is. I also understand that by signing a contract you are agreeing to the terms of said contract. Therefore, negating it being a "scam"

2GB + tethering for $25 is not a scam.
Unlimited plan for $30 is not a scam.
Unlimited plan + tethering for $60 is not a scam.
4GB + tethering for $45 is not a scam.

But, 2GB + tethering for $45 is a scam.

So, I will use MyFi with unlimited plan for $30.

to me it's not charging me to tether that's the issue, it's capping the data I'm using while tethering that is! I'd pay $20 for legal (terms of service) tethering if it was truly unlimited!
