Ok well Im not losing my mind then. Mine said it was available for pickup in store then quoted me a date of 4/22. Im like WTF! I could've just went to the store by then myself and gotten it today perhaps.

3-4 weeks here. United Arab Emirates.

Although i think they would ship sooner than that. They're just trolling us. :D It's 1-2 days in the U.S.

Seems like they have only manufactured models with US keyboard layout so far

Mine (base model in space gray) will take 3-4 weeks as well. I live in Portugal, where there are no Apple Stores. Besides I bought it almost 200 Euro off because I'm a student.

I just put my order in for Space Gray 1.3/512. Really bummed about the 3-4 weeks though.

3-4 weeks for US 1.3Ghz

I ordered the 1.3 option, so its 3-4 weeks. The stock 1.2/512 was 1-3 days, so I was tempted to not upgrade to 1.3, but I upgraded. This is for store pickup in Nashua, New Hampshire, USA.

Gold at 1.2GHz and 512G is at 3/4 weeks while the others are only 1-3 days.

Here is my order :D Looks like I will be without a laptop for a few weeks then :( I Just sold my MB Air.

Is that Educational pricing? I just ordered a 1.3Ghz 256GB on the telephone for my son (university student) and it prices out more expensively than yours. I don't understand that.

Do you mind me asking which University you attend? Perhaps that makes a difference.

Apple are doing a great job allowing people to cool-off.

When they announced the Macbook, I was ready to buy, no questions asked! Then, over the last several weeks, I've cooled-off but still wanted one. Now today, seeing 3-4 weeks delivery... I didn't bother. And for those that have ordered the Macbook or Watch, they've all got weeks or even months to also cool-off and cancel.

So many purchases are on impulse and Apple are killing that.

I'm guessing it's not available in-store either if shipping times (in the UK at least) are 3-4 weeks.

If only we had known it was going to be a 2 month wait from event day to actually getting it in our hands.

That is Educational pricing without the vat that total with everything in was... £1,268.40

I attend Queen's University here in Belfast.

Not buying one but just did a check here in Canada...all 3-4 weeks (stock or not) while in the States it looks like 2-3 days for all stock except for stock 512/1.2 gold...all other customs are 3-4 weeks.

Wonder if they'll at least be at stores to try out?

Just checked for me in PA, i get a ships 1-3 days or store pickup for April 22nd. That is for the base $1,299 model.

toronto here.

3-4 weeks. when asked if it's in store? Nope, they don't have them in store either.

so what's the point of having the April 10th launch date?

Just checked Best Buy Canada (nothing) but Best Buy States also shows all April 22 ...

Maybe people lining up outside Apple Stores tonight might not be a bad idea (if they have them)

Im still holding off to see if my local BB gets them tomorrow. This way i can go to the post office and get a movers coupon and save 10%. Im not as thirsty for the MBR as i originally was. :p
