Thanks! Here's a more recent picture of my Power Mac.....
That's my new 1.83GHz Mac Mini on top. For USD $599 it runs very fast!! It runs Leopard 10.5.1, I'm on it now, I switch between the Power Mac and the Mac Mini using my 22" Samsung LCD. I use my Power Mac G4 533 MHz for a lot of stuff, it runs Tiger 10.4.11 very well. Plenty fast for internet, iTunes, iPhoto, GarageBand, iWork, (Keynote, Pages) youtube videos, Mail, iMovie. I put a Pioneer internal SuperDrive (DVR-710) in. You do need to update the graphics card if your get the AGP 400 G4. A 128MB VRAM card like my ATI Radeon 9000 Pro Mac Edition makes the machine run better overall than with the OEM Rage Pro 16MB VRAM card. It lets the CPU function better while the ATI 9000 GPU takes over processing the video more effectively. That dual 800 Quicksilver G4 in your other post is much, much faster than that AGP 400. Here's a pic of a 15" Apple Studio Display as you mentioned in the other post with the dual 800. I use it with my 450MHz G4 Cube, which I updated the graphic card to an ATI 7500 32MB VRAM so it can also push higher resolutions and support Quartz Extreme. You asked about VGA, you should really focus on using DVI.what do u use urs for?
