$30+ for a case. Will you buy or not?

I bought 5 cases after the keynote of the 5S. Since most where selling them cheap until they knew the case could fit the 5S and updated their systems to say 5S compatible.
Have 5 cases for a total of $15. They all are here w me waiting for the 5S. An some are good cases w MRSP of $30 each and should fit the new sensor for the camera.

I like the new Apple leather cases. I'll be picking up a black on for my white/silver 5s. I'll be interested to see how it holds up to daily use.

If the case looked good I would do it, but I feel it looks terrible.

First, it cuts off the word "iPhone" at the bottom. Not sure who ok'd that design.

They could at least make the hole for that area bigger to accommodate the whole "iPhone", in my opinion. Couldn't believe it when I saw the keynote showing the case!

I already have a case I use for my 5 made by Speck. I love their products and have the handyshell for my iPad mini.

I too really like the leather case by Apple. I would really love to pick up a brown or black one for my ip5s.

I am sure in a couple of weeks the price will drop on ebay or amazon etc. Especially considering I will have to wait for my new phone to arrive, I am in no rush.

The leather case is sort of what is steering me to a gold 5s in place of my black/slate 5. The other thing steering me that way is my wife, who will inherit this phone next year when the 6 comes out. The gold phone in the brown or beige case will look pretty slick I think, though I'll want to match up the color in the store before buying.

i would try to buy a case for the 5S not the 5C and i have a bumper case on my 5 right now for like 3 dollars

I happily bought the lifeproof + holster for my iphone 4 for 110 when I needed it for my vacation.

However, generally I won't spend more then 20 dollars for a case. Although I did just buy a speck case for 25 but really...I've never been dissatisfied with speck (except for their grip case...).

I might buy Apple's leather case if the reviews are good.

If what Apple sells you looks and feels exactly what u can get at eBay then obviously not.

When i got my free Obama iPhone 5 it came with a very good case, so I do not need on.
