$30 Verizon Upgrade Fee

I never paid an upgrade fee, I just call them and have them credit it back.

Your post is confusing and unhelpful as it pertains to AT&T and not VZW (the topic of the OP).

You're correct though: AT&T is more flexible than VZW in this regard.

That was your last NE2 credit. It wasn't designed to negate the fee. It was designed to lower the cost of reupping your contract.

.....since then they've changed their mind and they don't care how much it costs.
