There's one for sale locally, it has no KB/Mouse, but has 9.1 installed. It's an Indigo 350/7GB/128 CD. Is it worth it?
If it is going to just sit around so that you have a classic machine, then no, but if you have a classic program that you plan to run on it, then go ahead.
I grabbed a mac SE a couple years back so I could play with an old machine. I never managed to get the floppies needed to get it working though, so it just wasted space until it went to the thrift store.
It's $15....
Hmmm. Should I get an outdated mac? OR Arby's?

I'm thinking Arby's.

Just more clutter. I would think about the cost of disposing it/recycling it..

You're the one stalking me! You keep showing up in the places I least expectAnd I only took your avatar because it was the first one I saw! And I hate Arby's too, they just say "I'm thinking Arby's" in their (old) commercials.
"Is it worth it?" can mean different things to different people. Do you need another computer? Do you have the time/money/know how to upgrade it?
For $15, it's not like you'll find yourself saying "yeah, but for *only* $1,185 more I could have a new iMac!"
Slot-loading G3 iMacs can be upgraded easily and (if you know where to look or have the resources) cheaply. I have 2 that are running strong and suit my needs on a daily basis. I paid around $75 to upgrade the both of them into 600mhz, 120GB HD, dvd, 10.4 machines.
No, they don't, but you can swap the 350 out for a 400 (or 500, 600) logic board that includes firewire.

i guess if u want to find one
Again, it goes back to the whole "is it worth it" question.
At any given time, there are 5-10 g3 logic boards on Ebay for around $10. Is $10, plus the time taken to install the new board, worth the MHz upgrade and addition of firewire?
Yes, if you want to use this computer in any real capacity.
But, on the other hand, maybe you'd just like to drop in a larger HD and use the iMac as a mp3 jukebox or photo/video storage. In which case 350 mhz and no firewire isn't a huge deal.
(Granted, firewire will make transferring files faster but whether it's necessary depends on the patience of the user)
