Well Apple tried to charge me last night for 38mm. Email confirmation 3:03:07am EST. my bank always declines apple charges. They open phones at 7 so I'll call then before I jump on a plane for vacation.
 
all i want at this moment is just for Apple to say: "hey, we stuffed up. you ordered early but you won't get it in the early shipments because ******".

Status: Switched to 'preparing for shipment' overnight
Tracking: None yet
Got EoD: Yes

Edit: Just went to 'shipped' - got Tracking, but UPS doesn't have it yet. And the 'pre-sign for delivery' link is there now too, which wasn't for my 42mm SGS.
 
Sitting in bed reading last night when I got a popup that my payment had been declined. WHAT?! Hop on Apple and realize I used my credit instead of debit card for Apple Pay. (User error.) So I switched payment, and I woke to Preparing for shipment. If it switches to Shipping today, I could see it Monday, but I'll be happy with Tuesday.

Since this thread is for 38mm SG, it seems silly to keep repeating what you ordered.

But mine was confirmed at :03:28, and I did receive the EOD.
 
Just got updated to shipped at 9:20. Like others, UPS can't find it yet. Does anyone think there is can me if it being delivered today?
 
So I am fortunately in the same boat as many others who have been charged last night. My order is still "preparing for shipment" but I am wondering how long it will take to get shipping info?? If I get shipping info today is there a chance of getting my watch on Monday??
 
ordered at xx:04:19 and still processing... why are people in the 2nd wave shipping and I'm not? I'm outside Denver.
 
Ordered at XX:02:29 and absolutely nothing has changed since the 10th. No preauthorized charges, not even the damn EOD. I live in downtown Toronto so I assume it's not a logistical nightmare, so what gives?

Talk to me, Apple...

I received a shipping notice from Apple at 9:05am EDT claiming delivery on Monday (4/27). UPS tracking is working, but they have only the label, no date so far. The label is for Next Day Air Saver, however, so I expect Apple's 4/27 claim to be correct.

For the record: I STILL consider this a botched launch as a general observation, and will not be preordering another Apple product until I know for sure this won't be the new status quo for preorders. But feeling just a little less irritated now that I know this model was only delayed a couple of business days, and not two weeks or more. Hopefully any remaining :01s through :04s will get good news soon.

What's the number of seconds from your order confirmation? Can you check the email header? If you have Gmail click "Show original"
 
For all the people dreaming of a weekend delivery, I am sitting 15 miles from where my Apple Watch is being held by UPS, but it won't be delivered until Monday. I called and asked what it would take to get it today, and they said I could hold it for pickup but it wouldn't be available until Monday.

Next Day Saver is just not that powerful.

What country are you in? And can you find the number of seconds on your order confirmation email header?

My apologies as I'm typing on my phone and did not catch the mistake. To clarify it was 3:04. I will edit previous post.

The 38mm space gray? My order conf was at 2:04:51 and I'm in the May 13 group. My brothers was 2:04:43, 4/24 group and no movement. Hopefully at least his moves today
