I'm right there with you...I even drove to my center despite knowing that they wouldn't give it to me, but I had to--I couldn't have sat around all day thinking, "what if I can get it and I'm just wasting time?"
Chances are its crated up with a bunch of other crap and they just don't have the manpower to even go through all of it despite being an Apple product. The good news is that I got confirmation that I can go in at 8 AM on Monday to pick it up despite the website saying 8:30.
Looking for some reassurance. I ordered my watch on the evening of 4/13 (3 days after pre-orders open) and I have a June estimate. At the rate things are going, (literally going through every minute) is there still a chance that I could get mine before June? I was hopeful since a lot of people with blue/white bands with June estimates got them yesterday, but it seems the Black band is going to take a looooooooooong time.
I would say your best bet is going to be mid May. I have a confirmation order right at the 2nd min of pre orders going live and last night I finally got charged and shipped. They clearly underestimated how popular the 38 SG was going to be. If you want one faster the blue 38s are shipping fast from what everyone is saying. Best of luck
sigh. The black band + black watch just looks so nice. Let's see how it looks in a week or too.
I had ordered a 42MM Space Grey the same day too (13th), but after seeing some unboxing videos, I've just ordered a 38mm SG a couple of hours ago... I just don't like how seems to fit in small wrists like mine; I prefer keeping a lower profile.
Your order isn't that late after all, right?
P.S. I've not cancelled the 42mm order yet, just in case...

i ordered both and after try on i did cancel my 42mm..... the fit of the 42 on my little wrist was just not right at all. it stuck up on the ends and looked really funky! while i would have rather had the larger screen.... it wasn't worth looking funky!

My order went in at :04:54 and I'm in the May 13th shipping window.
Just checked my card and now have a pending charge from apple as well as the gift cards I used now don't have a balance. So the wheels are in motion but apple still shows it as processing.
Don't give up even if you've got the June shipping window!

The Apple Store notification that popped up on my iPhone this AM says my order (38mm SG BSB email at xx:04:11) has shipped and will deliver by 4/27, but the UPS My Choice calendar says the package is scheduled for delivery on 4/28. Which date will prove to be correct?

My order won't be late for sure. I was just thinking that at the rate it's going, it won't be early either like other models are.
I'm hopeful especially since the Mays are starting to get it. Just that I ordered 3 days after and y'all ordered 5 MINUTES after.
I ordered at 00:33 minutes (due to alarm clock issues) and ended up in the 5/13 group. The 42mm was already in June by then. As such, I think there was huge demand for the 38 mm SG as soon as the store opened and then tapered a bit. So even if you ordered a few days later, I'm not sure that you'll be so far behind.
Those of you that have shipped, does UPS show where it's coming from yet? Curious if it's US or China.
I'm just 40 seconds behind you still processing - that should only be what 3000 watches?
Mine just shows United States order processed ready for UPS as a starting point. In the past I've gotten launch items showing the shipping from China and also had some items come from the Harisburg distribution center. I've never had an Apple shipping just start like this one.

Xx:04:14 and no action here yet. (Although my 42mm charged last night and went to shipped today). Hoping we'll see some action yet tonight.

Ahh finally... ordered 12:03:48. Received EOD. Was charged sometime last night, just got tracking shipment info a second ago saying my watch is coming on Monday.
Lol just got to magic kingdom and had my card charged for watch. So present for when I get home.
Mine is coming from Harrisburg pa in route now I'm in Pittsburgh expecting it monday
Looks like 02's and 03's this weekend and us 04's will mostly be waiting. Tuesday - I believe.
