Highly doubt it... Seems almost 50% of the iOS 4.2 GM users are experiencing wifi problems... For myself no wifi problems but battery life is no longer near the 10 hour mark like it was when I was running iOS 3.2, a problem others are also reporting..

One thing I've learned is that forums are an inaccurate method of determining statistics. If 50% of people with 4.2 were having Wi-Fi problems we would be flooded with threads, way more than we have now. Things always seem blown out of proportion on the forums. When you think about it, how many people are not having problems that don't post? Way more than the people who are posting.

That's using your noodle. Nothing can really be inferred from anecdotal evidence.

7 days from gm release date.

at least that, tho with iTunes 10.1 needed for it and the new osx version, i could see 4.2 coming out wednesday with the new osx monday and iTunes 10.1. they might to 10.1 and 4.2 on same day, but i think they're more likely going for 1 a day so servers take less of a hammering...

4.2 coming out soon no doubt about that. Here's a video showing some of the features and some issues I'm having with 4.2 GM on my iPad. Watch HERE
