don't quote me on this, yesterday I read somewhere that Celeste (bluetooth) is working, however the dependency on action-menu was causing the issues. I think a fix is already being worked on (and might be found on xsellize)

cydelete, barrel or barrel 2, lockinfo and WB work for me on redsnow 4.3.1.

Seems like there's still some issues with BiteSMS and Activator. Once I set a button to activate Bite, it started to crash to Safe Mode upon incoming texts, reinstalling Bite doesn't fix it or restoring activator to defaults. Had to restore the firmware and repeated, and the issue continues. Works fine until a button press is set up. ;(

I have no issues with biteSMS and using Activator. Maybe you're having another conflict somewhere else?

For me, it crashed whenever trying to open via double tap of the home button. Uninstalled while in SafeMode and then the multitask bar opens fine. Could be a conflict with another app, but I am using the same apps as what I had on 4.2.1.

The Springtomize and FolderEnhancer combination, even with the Folder option in Springtomize turned off, still does not work for me.

It appears to work after a Springboard restart but after a Reboot I go right into Safe Mode.

5-Row Keyboard works fine except when using iFile. Most of the keyboard does not appear.

Still doesn't work for me.

Also, FullScreen for Safari always shuts when I try to open a new Safari tab.

MakeItMine doesn't work for me either, also looking for an alternative.

Also, looking for a AndroidLock type application that works for 4.3.1.

Just tried FakeCarrier, and it works on iPhone4 IOS 4.3.1. It will go into safemode after respring, but after restart, all is well.
