Today my separately ordered Milanese loop arrived by FedEx. Late morning my 42m SG sports watch went to preparing to ship and later to shipped with tracking number. My watch order was logged at :07:50 according to Apple. My records had it at :04. To those who suggested I was being unreasonable simply because I wanted my watch I say....now that I have one thing in hand and another en route, I continue to feel as strongly as I ever did that this "launch" was horribly mishandled. When I watched a podcast with a guy who had been to Colette in Paris and another from a guy who was at Maxfield in LA getting watches, it made my blood boil all over again. I am sure I will love my watch. That is more a credit to Jony Ive at his design team and nothing whatsoever to do with Angela Ahrendts and her elite squad.

You'll probably be early next week. It seems one minute during pre-order translates to one day getting fulfilled. I was an :07:50 and went to ship today. Late day before yesterday seems an :06:55 shipped. Good luck.

I do not understand Apple's logistic but when they are shipping a million watches all over the world it is complicated. I got my watch this week. I will tell you it was worth while waiting for. I find it better than I thought it would be. It is wonderful. It is real cool. It is better than best. It is quality. You people that canceled you order made a big mistake. It is as good as when the first iPhone came out. You people that are waiting for the leather loop bands and the link bracelet will really like them when you get them. I know it will be worth the wait. Apple will do you right. I hope your watches will be on your wrist soon.

8.02 UK time and still processing. Beating in mind that we hit the delivery window in less than 4 days we should start to see statuses changing soon. Just dreading the EoD that I have a feeling that people that ordered SS Links might get

I was a :07:50 I noticed a preparing to ship status which triggered me to check my credit card which had been charged late morning eastern time. It went to shipped by mid afternoon. It is due to arrive Monday. Good luck

Update: late-afternoon to early-evening credit card charge and "Preparing for Shipping" status update, no EOD ever received, no UPS delivery activity yet.
SS BSB ordered preorder day at 5:45am EST.

Let's see how long we are on Preparing for shipment. Not-so-funny thing is I work away from home 4 days a week and it's possible it could come while I'm away. And my son has the same name and he loves opening packages. Paws OFF!

Hmmm, a friend of mine is selling his SG 42mm sport for $600.00. Debating to buy it Because just my luck my pre-order might go thru this week #. Mine still shows processing 5/27 - 6/11 shipping.

If its not opened and it turns out to be defective or has a scratch, then you have to deal with the whole. I bought it from a friend and have to show his name on the receipt.

Since the Watch hype started, it's really hard to read this forum.
Not because of what people are actually saying, it's more about the urge to also jump in and comment.

Appears the SG's won't be scarce for long. There's :12 orders rolling.
It was suggested that most of the watch orders were in the first hour. If that's true, I'm suggesting that most of those were in the first 15 minutes (after all, who would be there for the first hour and not be in a hurry to get in line?)
That should bode well for the rest of us (with less popular configurations).
