camera or safari
Which do you use more?

I'm trying to decide on which to use as the 4th app in my dock.

Phone, CalenGoo, Mail, Messages

I should really take phone off (since I don't really use it that much) and put abcNotes on instead, but having the badge on abcNotes is kinda ugly.

Folders are fugly, but I have a ton on my second screen so that I can have apps that I don't use often hidden away and not have the whole pre-iOS 4 thing where you'd end up with a zillion home screens to scroll through.

interesting....kinda shows whats important to people

phone - because i do a fair bit of calling and from what i am told the iphone is a phone
messages - i text more than anything else. couplethousand a month
mail - get mail every day. not necessarily important mail but still have to check it
4th slot - i'm between camera and safari. i like to take pictures a lot but also browse the web a lot. can't decide which i need access to from any home screen

Phone - Yes, I use my iPhone as a phone on occasion. Shocking, right?
Mail - Probably the single most-used application on my iPhone. I get way too much e-mail.
Safari - Great for reading things while out and about.
Music - I listen to music on my iPhone quite a bit.

Yes, it's the default arrangement. I got used to it in the first half-year of iPhone ownership back when you couldn't rearrange anything, and I've simply stuck with it since then. In fact, if you look at my home screen, you'll find that there are a grand total of 14 of the original 16 applications in their original places still - the only ones I ever replaced were the worthless Stocks and Weather applications. The rest are all pretty much muscle memory at this point, and I couldn't change them if I tried :p

I also got used to a black background for three years, so anything else seems a bit odd nowadays.

Keeping it stock:

Phone, Mail, Safari, Music. That works for me. Wish Apple would have 5 docks option though, would love to add Messages in the dock too.

See I use messages all the time. Music is only in the car an early in the morning at work. Mail is used all day.

Phone, Safari, "social" (Facebook, twtitter, getglue, messaging, iMessage, flickr, instagram, opinionated), App Store.

Music, Messages, Safari and a Folder of Photography apps, (Contains Camera+, Camera, Instagram, Panorama 360, RedLaser etc.)

Phone, Messages, Mail, and Music.

I always found it weird that Messages wasn't in the dock by default. Most people I know text more than they call...
