I agree. Mine arrive from them fine, their responsibility ends there, if anything goes down the line it is Crucial I would be dealing with.

I agree. Mine arrive from them fine, their responsibility ends there, if anything goes down the line it is Crucial I would be dealing with.
I have bought from Fry's for the last 8 years and had nothing, but great service and never had a problem. I bought this exact RAM made by Crucial from Fry's 4 months ago and it works like a champ and I got my rebate back from Crucial within 4 weeks. I highly recommend both Fry's and Crucial.
Someone posted this same deal here last Friday, and I purchased it on Sunday for $54.99 ($24.99 after Rebate!)
It arrived in 3 days; I received it yesterday. I thought it was really quick, especially for free shipping.
It was pretty simple to install. I had some trouble finding a small enough screwdriver to remove the 3 tiny screws in the L-bracket. You also need quite a bit of pressure to install the RAM. I was afraid I was going to break the memory modules. Remember not to remove the stickers on the memory cards; it may void your warranty.

Well it's 24 hours later and I still have not received it. Does DHL usually make evening deliveries? I won't be happy if I get it tomorrow because I paid to have it tonight. This will have been the second time DHL didn't make their "guaranteed" delivery date. A shame.
Ordered mine online at work, and selected in store pick up. just got home from the store. time to see if i can install this myself... 
EDIT: I searched the forum but didn't see what i was looking for. so i youtubed it and turns out there are instructions right under the battery. from 2GB to 4GB in less than five minutes. =oD

Oh great. As of 11:10 PM, it's in Rhode Island, and I live in New York. I'm glad it's closer now, but they still failed to deliver it in time. I think I'll be giving them a call tomorrow. Why is DHL so horrible?
Hmm, that's weird.
I have ordered that kit too on friday Oct24 and it was here on monday Oct27 (one day EARLIER than expected!).
DHL is basically always fast - and I live in Fargo, ND!
