Had the charges hit my card a little after 5 PM eastern today. Still "processing", but Apple only charges when they're about to ship.

I ordered two 42mm SS Milanese watches at 3:03am on the 10th. They both are in preparing for shipment status.

Because there'd be 38 threads total. That seems excessive.
The good news is that both Cloudspy and I have been charged, so there don't seem to be particular problems with Milanese. I imagine it takes time to even charge thousands of cards all at once. I know it's hard to preach patience, but keep the faith.
Still processing here. Used my 0 balance Barclaycard with Apple Rewards through Apple Pay. I got my order in at 12:02 but didn't get my confirmation email until 1:10 for some reason so I'm not feeling hopeful.
