42 mm SS Milanese Loop 4/24 - 5/8 batch

Call Apple, get past the initial blockade, then ask for a supervisor, then ask for their’s and so on. Until you get some specifics -- that’s what I’m doing right now. I’ve had it.

Oh man.. I ordered at 12:05 AM PST, no credit card charge or even pre-authorization and still in "Processing". Since shipping is ground, that's 3-5 days. That means I will NOT get the Watch this Friday.

How the hell Apple is not shipping it in order?
 
This is getting ridiculous... Ordered at 3:05 AM and not even authorization let alone the fact that my order still says "processing." Once I finish up work, Apple is getting a nasty call from me later this evening.

Don't do that. You will get a confirmation soon enough. It's a waste of time. Calm down. Take a deep breathe. Go to the gym and let off some steam. That's what I did and then when I got back my card was charged and the watch preparing for shipment.

I'd wait a bit more. My confirmation was at 3:02 am EDT on April 10 and I just had my credit card hit about 4:30 pm today EDT.

I ordered at 2:01am CST, confirmed at 2:03am CST using :apple:Pay w/ delivery range from 4/24-5/8. Went from "Processing Items" to "Prepared for Shipment" at 4pm yesterday and AMEX was charged then as well. So, if u haven't moved to "Prepared to Shipment", chances r u're not getting it Friday.

Really cannot understand what is going on. Ordered at 3:05 42mm SS Milanese Loop, still in processing stage.

What is you basis for this? I am personally not worrying unless thursday hits and still no charge. They only need a day to get it shipped to me... There is still time. No?
 
Call and keep asking for supervisors until they embrace this shi# storm that Lady Burberry has created for all of us! Be professional and kind, but just asking for the supervisor, and then there’s, and up the line to the next one. EVERYONE has a supervisor and they have one too!

Shipping is Next Day Air, so there is definitely still hope

Have you done this? What will I achieve by doing this...will they possibly tell me the status of my watch or is this just a way to complain?
 
How is it that people who ordered the same Milanese item AFTER us are getting shipped, and we are still processing? How many of the 10k owner$ are still in processing-land I ask you! How long did friggin Beyonce have to wait for her freebie?

I know it's difficult (I am fighting my own anxiety about getting mine), but relax. I think we're all going to be okay. It's only Tuesday night.

You COULD let them know that this 17 day window, the 14 days prior, and the wait since the announcement, cloaked in secrecy that we are all have faced and are currently facing is inappropriate, no longer “Apple Cool,” and is now quite tiresome. Complain? No, never, but this stuff is indeed getting paid for by us!
 
Calling in about an hour guys. Will try to speak to the highest level of authority possible. I'll let you know how it goes and what I find out...
