42 mm SS Milanese Loop 4/24 - 5/8 batch

So here is an interesting thing. I have my tracking number from UPS and my package only weights a pound. Thought it would be heavier based on other threads. Can anyone else confirm their weight?

If I recall correctly, others reported the same thing and at some point the weight is corrected. But as you know, there's so much activity now it's impossible to go back and find the original posts.
 
Card authorized on April 22 and moved to Preparing to ship today around 4 pm. Still hope for a tomorrow delivery.

I'm in the same boat. UPS is showing 1 lb, but I didn't order anything else so I know it's my watch. Will change weight at next scan I imagine.
 
Mine just got into Harrisburg which I am about 5 minutes from right now and it is being shipped to Lewisburg so I wonder if UPS would let me get it to save some weight on the truck tomorrow ;).

I am still waiting to see if the weight will change at the next scan.

:05 here, I got amex charged, status changed to Preparing for shipment 3 hrs ago, i am in Southern California, so there still a slight chance, we may get ours tomorrow..

Same circumstance here for 3 watches (2 Sports, 1 SS Milanese). Thinking it's either (1) a simple glitch and nothing to worry about, or (2) UPS's way of cutting Apple's shipment costs as they ship in such great bulk. More than likely reason 1, though.
 
Just got the shipment email about 2 minutes ago. Got the EoD last night, swapped to preparing this afternoon (4/23). Still not charged...

EDIT: :04 order confirmation. State: FL
 
Well there is hope. I received the EOD and my card hasn't been charged. Two hours ago my status changed to Preparing for Shipment. Then I just received a email with my UPS tracking info. My watch arrives tomorrow.

So who is pumped to get this bad boy tomorrow? Other than this guy... :cool:

I told my sister she will be one of the first she knows to handle an apple watch when she signs for it tomorrow and she said "what is that?" Lol. Love inbixing new toys and the kids are getting old enough to not get in the way and actually get excited with me. Can't wait to get home from work tomorrow!!!

Mine is 2.7lbs

Apr 10, 12:05 am PST, CA, 42mm SS ML - Order
Apr 22, 8:00 pm PST - EOD
Apr 23, 11:00 am PST - Charge & Prepare for Shipment
Apr 23, 3:40pm PST - Shipment notification.

Mine is listed at 1 lb as well. That should be right.

They must have ordered other stuff. Even with extra packing material it shouldn't go over two lbs.
 
Ordered :06 and still processing. I was looking forward to Friday but not so much now. Hope is dwindling lol. All of you who will be getting yours tomorrow enjoy the watch while we watch in envy lol.
 
I still believe everyone in the 4/24 batch will get it tomorrow. Apple goes way down to the wire on deliveries. I had no hope but mine charged/prepared early afternoon and got the shipping notice just now around dinnertime. Apple has privileges with UPS beyond their standard limits. UPS will be delivering these damned things up until midnight tomorrow.
