42mm Space Grey May 13 - 27

I still have love for you guys that are waiting. I got my watch yesterday but still wanted to check in to see how things were going. Maybe it's just a habit after my first post being arund the 500 mark and my last post being after 3000 comments in this thread! The sad part is that I have read it all!

Couple things to note..the planes originating in Shenzhen are the ones to watch (no pun intended). I know this first hand as I own two small electronics companies and I manufacture my products in Shenzhen. Every time Apple is shipping heavy for a new release, my shipping prices go WAY up and so does the wait time. It's like the Wild West...shipping space is sold to the highest bidder and Apple is the giant of Shenzhen.

Are watches guaranteed to be on those flights? No. But when there are watches in the air, these are the flights to watch.

I'm pulling for you guys! It IS WORTH THE WAIT, I promise you that. Also, after trying on all the other Apple Watch models I can honestly say we all made the best decision and the SG sport looks the nicest and the style fits the tech perfectly.
 
a lot of movent done thru the night, can it be done thru the day aswell? is it safe to assume more thru day? or only happens at night?

If I only woke up 15 minutes earlier, lol. However, I did write a letter to Apple expressing my disappointing with their Apple Watch release and shipments. Didn't hear anything back. If you cant satisfy your 1 hour order window, you are not ready to release it on 24th.
 
Talked to a helpful Apple rep. named Lee. He had no problem telling me my order time and answered any question I put to him. Said I had been given a consolidation point in Tennessee already and saw that I had had a pending charge on CC. Stated that I should get watch on or before May 13, but could not promise that. He did say that big push in first 10 minutes and that some areas did not come on line right away. Which would include me. I can tell you that I will only use Apple Store app from now on for any preorders. I started on a Windows 8.1 touch screen machine and an IMAC and the IMAC came online first but not until around 10 minutes after preorder started. I had saved watches to favorites and was able to just click buy or I would have been much later getting order in.

thank you for sharing that. looks like the rep might now how fast they shipping out now if he stated u could get it on may13 o rbefore that would be great news for me

I see 3 flights from Anchorage to Louisville by days end. Plus there is a flight from Shenzhen to Anchorage set to land at 4:20 CST. Hopefully some watches coming to the states!

He knows enough photo editing to block out his order number and other info. I would be skeptical with that. He also started that thread. Gut feeling says he's trying to get a rise out of us.

Had the same experience. Had my IMac up at the site and kept refreshing and site was closed,opened the app on phone and placed orders. Was all done with the order on phone app before the store came up online.
