Finally!

I've been following this thread since it opened and after I was seriously considering not looking any more, I checked my bank account and discovered I'd been charged sometime this morning!

My confirmation time was X:7:38, so don't give up hope you 7's and 8's!

I'm in Boise, ID., btw.

Now I guess I just wait to see when it might arrive......:D

Also does anyone know how to re-order the columns...i stuck him on the bottom because i couldnt insert him in the right spot. I dont think i have sufficient rights.

Probably focus their energies on the greatest return. They also need to have enough "new features" to make a big enough splash.

They have it right on the phones and it's a category people expect to replace often.
 
we need to capture all these charges on the spread sheet! Seems like a lot of 7:37s and even one as late as 7:42!! Keep it comin APPLE!


EDIT: and now a 7:43!!

They pretty much do if you think about it. The only ones they don't are the professional ones which require a much higher investment and are less likely to force people to upgrade. Often only incremental increases in performance are also possible.
 
Unfortunately in Canada Amex doesn't show charges for days. I'll probably have the watch before the charge shows up. lol

iPod Touch, Apple TV, AirPort Extreme, Mac Mini (until recently). A couple that come to mind that are far behind their "yearly" update cycle.

Similar wave happened on Tuesday I think it was, right around the same time..if memory serves i think it lasted for about 1.5 to 2 hours....they got through 30-40 seconds i believe...but thats dependent on how bogged down the order time we are in is

Same for most Canadian cards. My Visa did not go through until after my blue sport was delivered.

My wife put hers on our Costco MasterCard. The authorization showed up around the same time as PFS but sid not charge for a number of days after.
 
So looks like it is the 7:30 - 7:45 wave today.... so two more waves needed to get to the 8:15's.... so its gonna be a while... :(
 
Status Just Changed

My status just changed to "Preparing for Shipment" and my CC was just charged. Yea!! :) I didn't participate in the conversation much, but I truly enjoying following the string. Thanks for being a GREAT support group! I share the pain and the anticipation of the group. And, I know I'll continue to follow you as you wait for that wonderful status change (and the "sound" of your credit card being charged). xx:07:40

You're not alone. Been trying to change mine to "arrived" 5/7. Spreadsheet appears, then switches to 404 when I attempt to edit. Weird.
