I understand your frustration and by all means I was actually feeling that way last week. Then, I remembered a very important thing...

Processing Items Available to ship: 4-6 weeks
Delivers: 13 May, 2015 - 27 May, 2015 by Standard Shipping

So, until Wednesday of next week I'm going on with life and if I get that notification sooner, then great.

A lot of people are missing this point. It was stated prior to us completing our order that our watch would arrive between this time frame. If we went through with the order then we understood that (aside from those who were impatient enough to cancel their order). I understand the frustration of not having your watch in hand especially considering a majority of us stayed awake or set alarms to order minutes after the store opened but, all of us who ordered this specific watch are having to go through the same exact wait. The way I see it, the only time you do have the right to complain is if they unfulfilled their ETA and you don't have your watch delivered by the 27th. We're lucky enough to have gone through many of the May 13 - May 27 orders before our time frame has technically even begun. I'd expect production to ramp up even more when we do reach the 13th.

All you 8's out there keep track of my post. For this watch the confirmed order time from Apple customer service is xx:07:59. (42mm shipping to the Los Angeles Area)

Even though I don't want this watch anymore, I can't stop refreshing my order page looking for the, "Preparing to Ship" and checking my bank account to see if anything was charged!

Did you get charged yet?

I was finally robbed!! Never been so happy by someone taking my money.
Order confirmation by Apple: xx:07:28
Card charged: 11:50am (05/08)
Shipment notification email: 3:37pm
Order processed by UPS: 4:02pm
Will deliver by Monday (5/11) 3pm

I was hoping to wake up to a charge so it can be delivered by tomorrow so I have the weekend to play with it. Oh well. Monday it is. 2 days earlier than they promised.

WTF!

you went to the front of the line, passing up 08's!

Oh, thats right, I am in Kalifornia.

I don't agree that Apple has communicated poorly. The date ranges shown at order time haven't yet been wrong. They've sent out emails to large groups of people. They indicated supplies were short and that's why they are doing online only. I'm not sure what else they are going to say that would placate people. If they shared more detail it would probably not be encouraging news with respect to the potential for any early deliveries. They are clearly struggling to ramp up.

As for those who cancel out of anger, I have to say those folks probably wouldn't have kept the watch anyway. They didn't think about how the use case fit them - they just wanted the shiny gadget on Day 1. I, however, know exactly how the watch will benefit me on a day to day basis. I know I'm going to keep it and enjoy it. The current wait, while it sucks, will be distant memory before i know it. I'm an xx:12 order and anticipating 3rd week of May at the earliest given the current rate of production.

Hello all,

I ordered the SGS 42MM and live about 10 minutes NW of UPS world hub in Lou. I am literally watching plane after plane with the UPS logo fly above. I have 3 contacts who work as load/unload masters at UPS and they have been feeding me info on the planes out of Anchorage because they can tell the quantity of Apple prod on a plane (for security/inventory reasons). apparently 3 of the 5 that came in last night had no Apple product on it, which explains the quiet morning we had on here.

Follow me on twitter @joshua_pavey I will be posting info and even some pics on the ground at UPS as more planes arrive in the coming days.

@joshua_pavey

Question: I've seen you post this info several times. Are you doing this as a service to your fellow AppleWatch purchasers, or do you get paid from hits on your twitter? Why wouldn't you just post the info here?

Late 07ers and early 08ers, we're so close. So close!

If you wish upon a starrrrrrrrrr..........

Have the XX:12's started shipping yet?

Yes, I am joking. But, it humors me no less.

I think I will have mine by next Friday, following Monday at the latest. There's my crystal ball for ya.

My spiritual guidance tells me we will see massive movement in these early next week. If you believe it, it HAS to come true. Right?

Plus, now that I have this prediction out there on the interwebs, it becomes gospel. Nothing posted on the internet is conjecture. Facts. All facts.

Dude , Do you see it on your dream ? Check it again my friend :( . May be Apple skip 8ers cause 7ers ate 9ers . Lol

Are we sure they are handling Canadian orders separate from US orders? I would of expected it be handled as North America in its entirety

Are we sure of anything? lol ;)

I'm just going based on what others have said in here.

I know UPS doesn't deliver on the weekends but have they still been shipping from china?

Mine appears to be originating in Harrisburg, PA and is heading to the opposite coast. Hasn't had an origin scan just yet, but I'll update when I know more.

We'll have to agree to disagree.

So, question for the group:
My delivery is estimated to be Monday, though the shipment speed is "next day".
My address is a commercial address, so maybe that's why.
Is everyone else who shipped today being scheduled for tomorrow?
I wonder if I should pay $5 and ask them to hold the package at the facility...

It's shipped next BUSINESS day, so that's why you have Monday. There's no deliveries on Saturday (that I know of)

The version of air (Air Saver) delivers it by next business day...UPS doesnt consider Saturday a work day. Its not "true" next day air.
