Eh, that's not how it works. You got a hold when you placed your order. You can only be charged when the merchandise is available to ship. Unless, you have multiple items in your order, you should not have more than those 2 authorizations. If you have more that 2, the 1st at time of order would be for the total of all items, then you may have separate autos for the individual items as they ship.

Disregard what the chat reps tell you and trust our experience; new charges so far after the pre-order mean that your Watch is in the process of preparing to ship. It's probable that overnight tonight or early tomorrow a shipping label will be printed for you and you'll see your status update along with receiving a tracking number for UPS.

Many of us have been through this multiple times; this is a good sign. Don't let the chat reps bring you down now.

EDIT: And like clock work mine changed to Preparing for Shipment. Just keep checking; you're golden.

Thanks! Hopefully I'll have it Thursday. Probably better than Wednesday. I'm sitting the Grandkids Wednesday afternoon & evening.

P.S. I see from the spreadsheet there are lots of others that were charged but whose status is still Processing Items.
