hey quick question on that, my ups choice has my home address I want to put work address because that's where the watch is being delivered, but tells me it a commercial address, will it affect or show in my ups choice account wants the worst that can happen in this case? I dont want them shipping to address I have registered

I honestly don't know the answer to that question; I've only ever used it to get a peek at packages being delivered to my home address, and not very often. Sorry.

Ordered 4/12 42mm space gray sbw, the 399 cheapy, well as of today, still indicated will ship in June. Kinda of losing interests. My fitbit surge, is not so bad after all. The iphone 7 comes out in Sept, in 4 colors as a 12mp camera. So, while I have not used a watch in years, the fitbit kinda made me want an iwatch. I have friends who ordered after me, and received the same watch. When I ask, Apple how is that possible, they apologize and say stupid things like its worth waiting for. No explanation why someone who ordered after 4/12, got there watch already. That was also with a June date. Unrelated both worth mentioning, Apple just replaced my logic board and HD on my 27" imac for the 3rd time under Apple care. So I am wondering if throwing money at Apple is that cost effective. I like the iphone 6 plus. But, this pre-order was a scam. They will be in the stores for Father's day and graduations. I will still be stuck with a June ship date. After Tax this toy becomes $427, I can but that toward the new Iphone.

I am an Apple fan but I've been rethinking the watch. Mostly bc I'm thinking maybe the 2nd generation would have the kinks worked out. But I'll be honest. This pre-order madness has been frustrating to say the least. My shipping range is May 13-27 so it will be here soon. I guess once I get it I'll decide if it was worth it

I have 3:17 on April 10. No charge. Still processing.

Me too!

Update: after less than 24 hours of owning the watch I decided to sell it because I felt it was a little too big for my wrists. Sold it for $600 and bought a Stainless Steel Black Sport, didn't lose a single dollar.

& so begins another wait...

I've been lurking here for a while with no need to post my information because I just ordered last week  . I thought I would wait out the initial rush until I could just waltz down to store and grab one.

Just wanted to say thanks for all the updates and information from this thread, even though following it is probably the worst possible thing for my mental health considering I'm in the "sometime in July" category.

That's kind of mean. My internet services were down when it was time to pre order. I just want my apple watch like anyone else here.

I think apple is to blame for the scalping this time around. Very lame to let people try on the watch the day AFTER preorders.

I sold a 38mm I bought for me, and after I bought the 42mm when I saw the shipping dates slip because I didn't know which size was right. Then I thought I'd give the 38mm to my wife, but she didn't like it so it went to ebay.

It's a natural side effect of supply and demand; getting upset about it is illogical because there's nothing anyone but Apple could do to stop it, and they would have to ensure that supply outstrips demand which isn't economically viable. If you don't like it don't buy the grey market, but that's a moral decision and you won't be able to convince everyone to join you.

7 planes coming to Louisiana tonight hoping my watch would be on one of those planes !

So id like to start off this reply with a clear understanding that I have quite a wait in store for me since I ordered on 4/28. But how many orders does any one think there are from 4/10-4/28? Sounds like they have some catching up to do if its taken weeks just to ship the first 12 minutes of 4/10.

No real way of postulating anything more than a wild guess. I would just assume that your current estimated delivery window is accurate and move on.

Can't we all just get along?

I agree mostly with what you are saying. And I'm not upset about anything (tinge upset at WF for declining the payment for no reason).

But my point is, had I been able to try on the watch the day before the preorder, I would not have had to buy 2 different sizes. And if that was the situation, I would have purchased the right size, and would not have sold my 38mm on eBay.

It's also possible if they did allow try ons before the order date, more people would have ordered the right watch, and less would have hit eBay and prices would be even higher than they are now. Basic supply and demand.

Back to waiting.... Still stuck in processing.

yes owner should check any kick out that user from this thread please it was precious data all of us gathered.

ugh, wasn't it secured against changes? I'm hoping the creator can reverse the process... I tried finding undo but doesn't help...

If it had been secured against changes, none of us could enter in our own details. Then the owner would be stuck responding to all of our messages here and updating it him/herself.

Double edged sword, I guess
