I'm confused? What on earth is wrong with a software update? Means you will get a better product when yours arrives...that's a good thing.

I get it but how disheartening when I should have mine and instead I'm watching updates roll out. All because b of a declined the payment

Me too. XX:04 order on April 10th and still Processing with money on hold from the 15th of May.

I either have to question if you placed an order with a confirmation time of xx:04:xx, perhaps referring to another model beside the SGS 42mm, or perhaps had a cc/payment issue. If so, dude.....you REALLY need to talk to Apple.

Yeah I have a confirmation at XX:04 for the 42MM AWS SG and actually I did contact Apple on the matter. A nice rep called me yesterday and said that everything is okay with my order and that I will receive the watch.

The reason why I wrote in the first hand was that Apple put a hold on the watch at the 7th of May and then another on the 15th. So they had basically credited twice the amount of a single watch from my card.

I'm kinda losing hope but let's see..

From the article, and just using common sense, I would hope they only offer watches that are not caught up with preorders like most of the sport models and some of the stainless steel models.

We will see. This will be a BAD move if they offer them in store before preorders get them.

STILL processing after being charged YEDTERDAY, ugh what the hell is going on. Apple reps are no help...

Dude I'm right there with you.

You still have 2 days for it to go PFS and get it this week before the holiday. I think you'll see movement soon.

Yeah this doesn't make any sense!?!?

Wow..... I just don't understand that. Everyone, and I think EVERYONE that has ordered between 0 hour on up to the 17min mark for this model has been shipped, or at LEAST preparing to ship. Something 'just aint right'.

Just an update for those that are still waiting on hold right now for their watch, there are about 8 flights in the air that could be carrying watches. Most of them haven't touched down just yet. I would imagine with this level of volume that we'll see some charges later on this evening. Who knows though....

She (the rep) told me that it was linked to "an internal issue" and that "it would be difficult to explain by phone". She also gave me a direct nr to call if I needed any further assistance. I think I should do that tomorrow.

Yeah if I were you I would contact your bank and let them know about the charges to make sure they are allowing them to go through and just do your diligence. That sounds mighty strange that you're still waiting for your watch.

Yea, I hope and there was one from Shenzhen last night and also one that landed today. So hope to see some movement at least before the end of the week.

Not me. Order time was xx:15:19 on that night. My card was attempted to be charged yesterday (Monday) about 9am, that charge was blocked because of my card's stupid fraud protection, I called and at about 10am, the transaction was authorized. After being authorized, it went back to processing and the card has not been charged yet. I really don't know what to think about this, but so much for Apple's "people will receive their watches in the sequence that they were ordered." I was completely skipped over by the wave I should have been in, and I really should have had my watch today.

Did anyone else have this problem with their card blocking the transaction and now having to wait even longer?

Yes, there are 3 or 4 of us in the thread. (You'll see it a few pages back.) I had the same problem. Always in the past once you fix the payment I've had apple products ship within about a day, but not this time.

Yeah, maybe I should edit that comment to exclude those that had CC issues being charged. Seems to have been quite a few.

I'm in that boat. Reps have been telling me all sorts of different things. I don't think they have any clue what's going on but have to say something

Well thanks for all of the info and the fun, I just got mine delivered so now I'm on to pairing!!! See you in 1 year lol.

Hold on a sec.

Apple is delivering watches in order. You can't seriously be blaming them for your credit card companies problems. Obviously it may have been a mistake by your credit card company, but imagine if Apple had to hold up all shipments to let people fix their cards in time...and of course, there are going to be those that don't fix and ultimately lose it.

My guess is that when your card gets declined, they pull you out of order until you fix it...and then they put you at the front of the next batch. They likely had run through the current batch in the time it took you to fix it.

I've been part of pre-orders for other companies where if your CC gets blocked or there is an error in the number, your order is completely cancelled with no second chances.

My problem with it is that I'm essentially being punished for having fraud protection on my credit card. In all honesty, fraud protection does absolutely nothing for me, because if fraud is committed on my card, why should I care? It most likely wasn't my fault. In the end, the credit card company won't bill me for the fraudulent charges. Fraud protection saves the credit card company money by preventing them from having to pay for things their actual cardholders didn't buy. It does absolutely nothing for the cardholder, so I don't really understand why it's advertised as being beneficial. I couldn't care less if the credit card company has to pay for fraudulent charges, but I do care if their efforts to prevent doing so hold up my life and the business transactions I have in place to better my life.

XX:16 US 4/10

Got charged yesterday morning but still in processing. But my spare WSB that was schedule to be delivered May 26- Jun 1 that also got charged yesterday has shipped.

You're not being punished. I'm sure logistically there is a reason that when the card is declined that it can't go out with that shipment. This isn't Apple's doing, its your CC company and whatever their rules are for the fraud protection. Apple can only process/ship orders that are paid for, and unfortunately yours wasn't due to being declined at that time.

I think I'm in the same boat as you. I used a bank card which I can turn on and off (block transactions). My card was charged. I changed it (see below) and my order has gone back to Processing Items. I don't know what to think.

ORDERED 4/10/15
xx:17:07
CHARGED 5/18/15
7:50AM EST
NY, NY
Charged! No shipping yet, but I'll post when the page updates.

What's odd though is an apple rep told me she could see my order was shipping from within the US so they just have washes earmarked that are on hold until the transaction clears. Makes no sense

Oh yeah! Finally arrived by UPS! I am so glad the wait is over. It is just as awesome as I remember from the try-on. As much as the wait sucked, I'm glad I got this model! Good luck to everyone else waiting. Hopefully everyone will have this awesome watch on their wrist soon!
