I cancelled my 38 mm SGB for a 42 mm on 4/25.

The way any SGB watches are moving I may cancel that and just go with 42mm WSB.

I have been wearing my GF's white 38mm and its not bad. I'm going to get a black SB for the 42mm if I order it.

Secondly, I would like to buy a link bracelet eventually and the silver aluminum goes better anyways.

Hmmmmm.......

so I decided to order a 42 MM blue sport yesterday based on the wait for the SG and it said Available to Ship in June...now in my orders it says 2-3 weeks :) 5/14-5/20

gonna see which one ships first

I had considered this, but I don't want my impatience to prevent me from getting the one I truly want. I'll just wait it out.

There are two videos on the right.. feel free to watch... Explains it.

If shipping is a critical part of your business, we can relate. You need to get shipments out as quickly as possible without error, keep your customers informed, and analyze your shipping history. WorldShip allows you to:
---

Your description of the pallets doesn't keep the customer informed. It looks like the shipping labels are applied in the US, with origin scans in a few states (PA being one of them).

Was hoping to wake up to a charge on my CC...but nothing. Pretty much given up hope now.

Yeah you should just cancel your order now and let the rest of us take our turn. In fact, anyone reading this forum who hasn't received a shipping notification yet: please cancel your preorder. You can always try again later when they have more in stock.

Here's my update: Nothing on the 42mm SG BSB. But the white one i ordered saturday changed the shipping window to 2-3 weeks -__-

Now I don't know what to do. I'll probably end up getting them both and have to return one. My girlfriend is going to think I'm clinically insane.

Disclaimer: I realize that my order says shipping in May. Anything before that, I am grateful for. I am just excited for the launch, and with other who ordered around the same time as me with the same window who got their watches already, it gives me hope to keep checking. I'm just hoping i ordered early enough to get the watch on launch week, which would be awesome. Apple may say otherwise though, we shall see!

Well aren't we a teency bit dramatic this morning?

What I meant was given up hope of getting it before I go on holiday on Friday. My email conf came in at XX:03:51 and according to posts here, people after this have gotten charged and shipped, mine still just says processing

blue was my original choice and after I ordered the SG I went an ordered the milaneese band (I was on the fence on whether or not I should get it). So I will be happy with which ever I get first. Since I will be swapping out the band anyway. The Milaneese looks better on the silver than the black. So at this point I will be ok with either one.

I really need it by friday too :(

8 planes scheduled to come in today :)

Being the dork that I am, I went through all of UPS's global logistics sales options.. It appears that Apple is using UPS Worldship - which describes exactly what we are all experiencing.. UPS Worldship encompasses Shipping/Customs/Distribution. The way it works is, that orders are palatized in Asia and shipped as "One Shipment" to USA (or other countries.) Once they clear customs, the pre-labeled packages are then broken up and entered into the UPS network individually. Your cards get charged after the items clear customs. Your shipment notifications happen once the package hits Kentucky. You can track it by reference after you are billed but the delay is UPS system updates... Their system is intergrated in with Apples.

Much appreciation fellow dork. I was actually reading up on their services throughout my breaks. Lol

No problem!! After I spent some time reading about it, their services describe almost to a T what Apple is doing. Which would support the claims made on this forum that UPS is the sole shipper of watches at launch. When you read into what Angela had mentioned about this being the first time they have tried this. I believe that outsourcing the logistics to a third party might have been what she was referring to. Apple has warehouses all over the US, but in an effort to further streamline "Supply Chain," this was the experiment. What we are all forgetting is that as of today, not a single watch has been delivered late. While it's upsetting to wake up so early to get to the front of the line and wait this long, from a business standpoint, they are on point. I'm sure once Apple gets outside of the contractual obligations with UPS, they will start using FexEX for this, and things will speed up even further. Once supply ramps, and shipping speeds up, I'm sure waiting this long will be a thing of the past. This was the first time they have launched like this... it was a learning experience.. Some good, some bad. However, I'm sure future launches will be even faster.

That's helpful info!

Joining in on the processing party :p

42mm SG BSB
Order confirmation: XX:06.43
EOD: Nope
CC charge: none
Available to ship: May 15-27

Hoping for a charge or at least some movement this week. Otherwise a little more waiting isn't going to kill me :)

Same story-- XX:06:06 here.

Thinking we'll see movement soon, seeing as a bunch of 4-6week :05's are moving in this thread?

....actually not.

This is 100% real. No need to lie or bull about it.

Seeing lots of others this morning with similar info.

Now you're sounding like the troll.

Happy Monday

Please go back and read what I wrote before name calling. Maybe you quoted the wrong person?

Haha, how cool. We had the same two colors in our list, and were ordered on the same day. I had blue in my list as well, but just canceled it. Now, down to two: White (4/25) and SG (4/10). Ultimately, I didn't want the blue. I really want SG, but hell, I may get the white before that.
