Called to change my method of payment today, and the rep told me that my watch is in Pennsylvania. I pointed out to her my method of payment had not been changed, but she informed me it doesn't matter. She also told me the page will update "any moment now with that information"

..soo.. how does my watch end up in Penn without it being charged? That means it's already been through Louisville, right?

Charges tend to happen early morning/overnight and order status changes to Preparing for Shipment (in my case 02:45)

between 3pm and 4pm this changes to Shipped, with a tracking number (in my case 3:15pm)

Tracking number goes 'live' around 11-12pm (in my case 11.28pm)

watch is delivered next day (in my case, it's due between 1:15pm and 4:15pm)

so, this is what most people can expect as their status changes.

Awesome insight, thanks! What time zone are you in, 3:00 pm eastern central etc?
 
Just flipped to Preparing to Ship. Had 2 on order, canceled one and when the page refreshed the other was Preparing to Ship.

The suspense is killing me

So my xx:06:05 is still in processing hell. :apple: tried to authorize my credit card yesterday at 4:33 AM and it was declined by the BofA team of crack security experts. I thought :apple: Pay was supposed to make things so secure this wouldn't be a problem? So anyhow, by the time I saw it at 7 AM and got it fixed at the bank and called :apple: I'm not sure what to expect next.

Anyone have a similar experience with a good outcome? The bank still shows the charge as pending. Is there any hope for before the weekend?

Did you call Apple and have them retry to push through the charge? Might speed things up.
 
OK...now that I finally have my product in my hand I thought I would give you all an overview of what happened. Since this will be my last post, I will leave it up to everyone in here to pass along this information.

Order placed 4/10/15 at 3:03
Email Confirmation at 3:04:54 am
Estimated Delivery 5/13-5/27
NO EOD because I am NOT in the second wave...(this is not a valid metric for anyone who is in the 5/13-5/27 window).
Credit Card Charged 4/29/15 approx 3:30am
Order changed to preparing to ship sometime between 3:30 am and me waking up around 7am.
Order shipped 4/29/15 at 4:06pm
Tracking information appears in the morning, but showed it leaving CA at 7:20pm on 4/29/15
Arrived to my house in the NJ area around 12pm 4/30/15

Its been a crazy stressful week with all you fine folks. I hope eveyone else gets their watches as quickly as possible. Please pass around this information to everyone else who needs it.

Other facts:

Cards are NOT CHARGED when the planes leave Asia. They are charged at some point when the watches are in the U.S.

Card charges seem to happen around 12-2pm and in the overnight times

all my times are EST.

Also in processing hell. I just spoke to a rep person who couldn't make any promises. But she suggested that things are going faster than they thought they would. Not sure what that means! I am going CRAY CRAY!

But in order to not go totally crazy! My friend and I are working on short films all edited with MAC products because we love them! Check it out if you need a break from the anxiety of waiting for this AMAZING WATCH!

Bummer! Just confirmed my order was placed at

XX:11:12

I thought I was probably around XX:08. I don't plan on seeing my watch anytime soon.
 
This thread is killing me. I was fine waiting until May 13th until I see people counting down the shipments based on the order time.

My order and email conf was at xx:08:13
Inlcuded both the 42mm SG and 38mm SG
Estimated Shipping is May 13-27
Colorado Location

I was worried that having both watches on the same order would slow it down but support informed me that each watch would be charged and shipped separately. Now I'm even more tweaked, waiting to see if they get shipped early and who's (his and hers) is shipped first. :confused:

I can't believe we are waiting in queue by the minute and second of the order. How many thousands of orders were place per minute!
 
To add insult to injury, here is my wife's watch she received on day 1. It just sits on the charger. Doesn't even wear it. Mine of course is nowhere to be found. Ugh.

Are all the west coast watches going to the inventory of fashion boutiques instead of filling orders?

Seriously thought about it but that would mean the hassle of syncing my phone to it, getting it the way I like it then starting all over again when mine arrives. Also.. I am 6'4" with fairly large wrists. Her 38mm might look a little silly on me. i should have sold it on eBay and told her I'll get it when the hype dies down. She would have been fine with that.
 
How long?

I'm going to order one probably today and from what I've been reading here it looks like they are shipping out sooner than what they tell you. I just wonder what the wait time is now realistically? I'm going to order 42mm SG black sport band.
