You and I are the same person. I had gift cards and went through the exact same experience.
Site didn't go live for me until 12:11 or so. Rushed through checkout and was stuck here.
It just sucks seeing that they're just not at the xx:05:xx orders. It'll be another 2 weeks before mine ships at this rate.
I'm curious when yours delivers as it sounds like I'm really close by you... Visalia

well..todays the day my watch gets delivered....I hope. By the time I went to bed last night the tracking number still wasn't live, but I had received emails from apple that it was due to arrive today.
This morning, everything says out for delivery....BUT...the address is missing my apartment number. I checked my shipping address on the apple site, yup...it's all there...the address on UPS...not complete. Hopefully it wont matter, I live in a large building complex with a few hundred apartments and if they ask front desk they should be able to tell the UPS which apartment.

If you end up with a delivery exception you could get on UPS MyChoice and either correct it, or have it held for pickup.
Looks like a huge charge wave went through. That's around the same time i was charged.
I hope you're right. I haven't seen a lot of movement in the midwest/central plains so far.
SixtyK If I remember right you are also in Omaha and I was like a minute ahead of you in the queue. Correct me if I am wrong. Well my CC was charged at 3:30 this morning and is sitting in Prepare for Shipment Status. I would think yours shouldn't be to far behind. If not today hopefully tomorrow for you.

Woke up to an email from Apple saying "Action Required" for my order. Apparently my bank declined the charge. I called my bank immediately and they said the charge was declined due to an unknown error. I authorized the charge, then called Apple to make sure everything was good.
Turns out that Apple Pay matched my billing and shipping address rather than using my default billing address (I had it ship to my office since UPS comes around 10am there but not until 6pm at home). So it looks as if the charge was declined because the billing address was incorrect. The Apple rep said they have had this happen to several others and apologized.
Now I have to wait and see if Apple will try and charge again today or if I have to wait. Very frustrating. I should have had my Apple Watch tomorrow, it seems, but this error may cause me to have to wait longer.
