Memorial Day

I'm curious how Memorial Day will affect the shipments. I would assume China is going to continue to produce the watches but nothing will be process or delivered = big wave Tuesday of next week???

I talked to a rep, Apple said they are still going to be processing orders over the weekend. Just no Monday Deliveries.
 
At this point I would not get your hopes up until your phone shows a date of May 29. If you have a May 29-June 11 date for a 42 SG BSB and ordered it on 4/10. I ordered within first thirty min. I have forgotten all about the early hopes.....
 
People need to quit adding themselves to the may-29 to june-11 sheet. It's pushing my name further and further down the line.

Then why has someone in one state over from me (FL) and order at 7:00am EST, already have preparing for shipment? Not to mention the couple others who have been charged way later.

I know the country of the order makes a big deal. Someone referenced earlier how Canada was at a certain point so we should be "right there". It appears from looking at the earlier shipping threads that orders from other countries are at completely different times than the US times. If it is in the US though then that shouldn't matter....

Yep I understand that Canada/other countries are different. This is the US Im talking about. Its hard not to get excited to see some shipping and charges made. Unless our faithful spread sheet is lying to us :D

The MD11 max cargo weight is 500K lbs (empty = 290K lbs) lets assume with the packaging the SG42MM/BSB is 1lbs. Lets double that to account for the larger packaging for the watch boxes/containers - there could be upwards of 105K watches on that plane... so maybe JUST maybe :)
