Survey found that only a third of women would make the same trade​

MSNBC reports

LONDON - Nearly half of British men surveyed would give up sex for six months in return for a 50-inch plasma TV, a survey — perhaps unsurprisingly carried out for a firm selling televisions — said on Friday.

I'm not entirely convinced that the blokes who would do that would actually have anything to give up, unless sex with themselves counts ...

I have to wonder how many people who said they'd give up sex for 6 months figured "I probably won't be getting much (if any) sex for the next 6 months anyway, so I might as well get a TV out of the deal." My guess is it's a lot of them.
 
Which 50" plasma?.... not all are created equal. If we are talking Fujitsu, Runco or Pioneer Elite you might have a deal. Anything else I would have to say no thanks.
 
Clearly sex is more enjoyable/important to UK women than men :p.

Seriously though, only 25% would give up chocolate, which says that for most people in the UK chocolate is better than sex :eek:.

Does it really matter, the results could be bias anyways just to stir up debate and rekindle the want for larger tvs, either way i dont think it says anything for uk men. Statistics and lies, not to mention its only UK, same could be said if the same survey was carried out in other countries.

Also from the title, i originally got the impression that it was a gender change for a tv ROFLMAO :eek::eek:
 
I think I'd rather have the TV then have sex for 6 months.

Could have something to do with I havent had sex in about a year now. Maybe. Perhaps.

Besides, I'd rather cuddle with a girl watching a movie on that big TV then have sex. :3
 
It it were an ultimatum from the wife, like ....

" If you buy that TV, you will be cut off from sex for 6 months! "

There is a 'workaround'. You can have the TV and sex as well.

Get a GIRLFRIEND !!!!! :eek::p
