I know, poor nerves, I'm literally stressing my nerves. Good call on the breaks.

I used to have that problem when i got an Apple Watch for the first time. Went away as my wrist got used to it.
Just don't overdo it at the beginning. :)

In light of this new information, you could have temporarily pinched a nerve when you over-tightened the band. If so, you should be fine in a few days. Same kind of thing can happen on the top of your foot, if you tighten your shoe laces too tight
True. Have done that. That's why I was leaning towards a behavioral issue, or possibly a physical limit issue. I'm good with the idea that something was just a little off, and a form of homeostasis will kick in. :) Thanks!

Just wanted to update: the pain has gone away! :)

Been more conscious of how tightly I bind the band, sometimes move it around on my wrist so it doesn't stress one part more than another, and have rotated in other watches.

Yes, at times, it's still felt a bit heavy, but mostly it feels pretty 'normal'. Yay, crisis averted.

I had problems with my s3 hurting my wrist. Eventually made something to cover the back so that I could wear it. So when the s5 came out I got the bigger one, so I have been using it for 2 years. It is starting to have issues, so looking at upgrading, but it depends on if the back affects me. I had the same kind of pain and it kept getting worse.

Crikey. That doesn’t sound good. Will you go smaller this time?

I am hoping that this one s5 keeps on working for awhile. getting a new s7 now is later this year now. I see that my local target has a few. I do want to see how they feel on my arm.

well my S5 (44) is getting more wonky - it has settled down a bit since getting my new iPhone. Last night I bought the S7 45mm... Today after a few hours of wearing it, my wrist is bothering me bad.... I just weighed them, bit difference, but it might be the size difference - it might be hitting a spot up my arm that is a pressure point.... I am back to my S5 to see how it goes. I did some trigger point therapy on my arm....

I will probably be taking the S7 back - I don't think I will go down to the 41mm.... I also got a red one - having a hard time finding nice bands to go with it... LOL

I need to see if I can get the leather magnetic one to go work my red watch. I did wear it this evening and did better. I think I can wear it in in a specific spot on my wrist.
