Never, ever, going to happen. If they gave 25% off they'd have to fight people off with sticks (including me) and still be sold out of inventory by 2 pm. Why on earth would they ever give 50% off when they can sell out with half that discount?

Not sure if this has been posted, but there is a rumor that Apple will put a 50% off coupon in an upcoming magazine in order to clear inventory for upcoming Mactels.
