I just bought the ProArt 6K for my 2019 Mac Pro but cannot get it to output at 60Hz. Has anybody else encountered this problem or have any potential solutions? I’ve tried different cables, ports, etc. with no luck.

On Apple's support page they list the first GPU to support Display Stream Compression (DSC) as the AMD Radeon Pro W5700X.
So you need that, or a later GPU, to get 6K over a USB-C Alt-mode monitor.
Earlier GPUs had to have a Thunderbolt 3 display to get 6K.

I was more or less decided to buy the Asus 32 6K but it seems to be out of stock (waiting for restock) everywhere 🙁 (I'm in France).

Edit: Ah no just appeared on Amazon.fr market place ..

I am basing in my 2025 ASUS 32" 6K's glory.

Waiting for Apple to release the 2026 MBP 16" M5 Pro 3nm to replace my 2019 MBP 16" Core i7 14nm.

Anyone have image retention and color uniformity issues on their 6K? Just submitted an RMA for mine.
No. I own two ProArt 6K and they've both been great for the last 6 months or so (can't recall exactly when I received them). One is on my personal Mac and the other is on my WFH PC.

Had mine since Nov 2025. Use it with my 2019 MBP 16" Intel when it turned 6 then and I eventually replaced it with a 2026 MBA 15" M5 in Jun 2026.

No issues whatsoever with panel quality.
