Interesting, because on this thread, someone shows their watch with the California face with the rainbow colors before 13.5 was released.While the new Pride Digital and Pride Analog face styles can be selected on the watch with or without iOS 13.5 on the phone, the additional rainbow color choice for California, Numerals Duo, Nike Analog, etc won't appear even on the watch until you have iOS 13.5 installed on the paired phone.

Same here so I did a reset on the watch after the update and it showed up.I updated my watch to 6.2.5 and see the new pride 2020 faces, but not the California and gradient rainbow options...
