For me it's rocksolid on iPhone 5S, iPhone 4S, iPhone 4, iPad mini Retina and iPad 3rd generation.

Don't know how you manage it to make it crash...

No, its your end. User error.

I don't jailbreak, I don't put apps not coded correctly for the newest iPhone, I use it as a phone, email (which works just fine), a little Safari, Photos, no music, no games ( Have a computer for that and bigger screen to boot), some text and when I got iOS 7.1, I did a clean install. :D

Like others said, just because you don't see them it doesn't mean they don't exist. I doubt it that the issue is "user error" because people cause an app to crash...
Also another issue I have on both my Air (did a fresh install, set up as new with 7.1) and my iPhone 5. I go under safari in the settings to look for a password saved on the iCloud Keychain and when I hit the back butting to go to the 1st page of the settings, the settings app will crash. I killed it in the multitasking part, still crashes. I even restarted my iPad, still can't get out. After a while it will just "fix itself".

It's not an user error, for sure.
But it's related to a specific user configuration. It could be several things, like a corrupted iOS installation or a single corrupted app.

Me too.
Since iOS 7.1 installation I had ZERO, and I say it again ZERO, crash reported in my log.
Before 7.1 I used to have a crash log every 2-3 days at least.
Impressive.
