From all of these issues with the 6s/6s Plus, I would assume the screen has changed ever so slightly. The curvature might drop off more steep than 6/6 plus. Not enough to visibly see, but many screen protectors are having this edge issue.

I agree. I took the protector I had on my 6 Plus which is not edge to edge and put its my 6S Plus. I got the same problem on the left and right edges I have been experiencing with these edge to edge protectors.

The only logical explanation is that the screen has somehow changed from last year to this year.

I wonder if the manufacturers will release an updated version. Kind of makes me question is having a S/P is even worth it for this generation of iPhones.

The Belkin one I'm using isn't edge to edge but it adhered perfectly fine to the screen; but it's not really the best choice. Can't win.

After all the frustration I've experienced trying to put one on my 6S Plus I've decided to forget about it for the first time ever. And wow is it nice using the phone with just the naked glass. I never realized what I was missing.

Maybe bring it to a store that can apply the glass protector for you? The Oleophobic anti-fingerprint coating on all glass protector makes using the phone a better experience imo..

I'm using a daswise screen protector on my 6s plus and I also have zero bubbles, just a perfectly protected, beautiful screen.

You do realize the iPhone screen has an oleophobic coating on it already, correct?

I've applied literally dozens of protectors, perfectly. I'm really an expert and perfectionist about it. This time I didn't want a protector that did not cover the entire screen. Both the Intelliglass Pro and Daswise edge to edge protectors do not adhere to the left and right edges of my screen no matter what I do. There is some kind of change at play from the 6 Plus screen to the 6S Plus. I'm confident of this because the protector I had on my 6 Plus also would not adhere to the left and right edges of the scream on my 6S Plus but sat perfectly on my 6 Plus.

Are you talking about the Daswise edge to edge protector with the colored border? If so, let's see some pics with the screen off please.

I dislike the way that standard tempered glass screen protectors look on the iPhone 6. Due to the curved edges of the phone, screen protectors can only adhere to the viewable screen area, not the borders surrounding it. So when I heard about edge to edge screen protectors I was eager to try them out.

Intelliglass Pro: didn't adhere to the left and right screen edges.
Daswise: didn't adhere to the left and right screen edges.

Makes me feel like these manufacturers slapped a 6S or 6S Plus sticker on them without every actually testing them.

Can anyone without hesitation recommend one that adheres to the entire screen?

I have the imos V2 and can confirm it adheres to the entire screen. I have some pictures in the Imos thread if you would like to take a look. A little on the thick side .40mm so not all cases a compatible, but the screen protector is fantastic. a lot of posters seem to like the Ice Max 3D as well. I have one coming from China for my sons iPhone 6 plus and will do a comparison with the imos.

Post 34 and 35...iPhone 6 plus

Good luck

I have tried both the Maxboost and the Daswise glass screen protectors on my brand new 6s. Both have the big "edge bubbles" down the entire right and left sides of the screen where they are not adhering to the curve. I traded emails with the Maxboost people, and they said Apple has a few manufactures making the 6s screens and that some of them have more of a curve than others. Hence why some are having success and others are not.
It's really a shame for me, the Daswise screen protector is beautiful, I would have loved to keep it. Maxboost says they are going to modify their protector to work with all 6s screens and will send me one, which is nice of them. I am probably going to try a non "glass" protector like the old spigen's and see if the have better luck adhering to the edges.

I highly recommend the Benks ultra thin .2. I've had one on my 6 Plus for 10 months and tried the Daswise for my 6S plus but they (tried 2) were just awful. I couldn't get them to adhere without some edges showing. I went back to the Benks and couldn't be happier. The Benks isn't one of those 3 D protectors with the cupped edges. But it is so paper thin that it really does install beautifully. For my 6S plus it took me 3 tries to get my alignment right. Even then it adhered just perfectly.

Installed another on my daughter's phone and it was another perfect install. Her husband said it feels more slippery than the regular phone. The oleophobic coating is really good with the Benks.

The first photo is the 10 month old Benks on my 6 Plus. And the 2nd is the Benks on my new 6S Plus. It might look like it's not stuck by the home button but that's just glare from the overhead light. It has perfect adhesion on the whole screen.

I am running into this issue with my current phone and have wasted some money buying several tempered glass screen protectors because they all produce the same results.

I do not think that the curved screens between the 6 and 6S are necessarily different. I think there are inconsistencies in the curvature of the screen from the manufacturing process. I have applied the same screen protector on three different 6S screens using the same brand. One sticks perfectly, while another very well. The last one (my phone) looked terrible like the photos posted here. I have since then gone through three of the same brand, and one from another brand and the results are exactly the same.

Still looking for one that works well without spending much more money on this...

Just ordered an anker tempered glass screen protector from Amazon. The description says its for the 6S, and it also has a "Date First Available" of 10/2015. Hopefully this is the one that anker was to release that's revised for the 6S.

Looks like I'm not the only one.

I'm on the same boat. Currently using just the Apple leather case. I'm giving up on SP's.
