Every time I unlock my 6s with touchid , there is a delay in loading the status bar. I did a clean install . I also have a replacement unit which has the same problem. I am sure it is not a hardware problem. But did not find the fix for the problem. Anyone know how I can fix it?

Every iOS device does this, not just your 6s. It's nothing to get all worried about, it's just how the status bar loads after unlocking sometimes. (It doesn't even happen all the time out of all the devices I've used.)

Somehow a tiny delay in the status bar appearing after unlocking doesn't quite seem like a "serious issue".
Yeah it's a software issue, I fixed it by turning off to the Touch ID unlock for lock screen setting and then doing a hard boot (power + home button) and then enabling Touch ID again.
Mine does this and I always wondered why, as it never happened once on iOS 6.
