I just switched over from the Samsung line after about 4 years on them. I did so mainly because of the battery stats I was seeing on the 6. I am on a 6s plus 64g getting great battery life. It is 8p now and I leave the house usually around 7a. So it's been 13 hours and I'm at 51%. At this time on my Note 5 I would be around 20% and it would usually die before I hit the sack around midnight. The iPhone has been around 35% when I plug it in. I'm extremely happy with the device and I think I may end up keeping it and selling the note.

Ha not at all

To get 15 hours of usage from a 6 plus, I'd consider that light use. :)

I can get that , but a realistic day for me is about 10 hours usage.

Though I would not consider 15 realistic, for people looking between a 6 and 6 plus.

Yeah I have the note 4, and the 6 plus battery was far more impressive.

What do you do on your phone? I'm curious because I don't get numbers like this, wish I did

When I'm working it's more likely to last into the next day more often then not. On my days off I would hammer it all day then charge at night

Your phone is the same . Battery mileage varies greatly from user to user due to how much time they spend on the phone and what apps they run. Location services /Bluetooth will wear down your battery faster.

Games, heavy social media use, GPS and streaming videos etc will deplete a battery far quicker than listening to music with the screen off, phonecalls and web browsing etc.
The 6+ and 6S+ are typically good for 8-10 hours of fairly heavy use but playing music etc will extend it to 13-15 hours, whilst gaming and streaming will run the battery down in less than six hours.
